Jeff, San Diego, California- I run across so many gold diggers. As a former politician and a managing partner for a Private Equity firm in the film industry, it’s So tough to discern. I often drive my old pick up truck on the first date, then if we end up at my $2 million high rise, women are surprised. So, I need to screen better.

Driving the crappy pick up truck for the 2nd/3rd date and wear normal clothes.
This reminds me of when I was 21 years old. I had an old 4 door chevy nova, pea soup green with vinyl covered bench seats. I also had a nice convertible sports car. When I went on a first date with a girl I would always pick her up in the nova. That was my test. If she liked me for who I was, she got rewarded. If she was not impressed because I drove a pos car, she lost.

Most people will trip into their own mind set. Meaning...for example...you have some standards you expect from the opposite gender. But if you're in love or really like the person, you won't pay attention to the standards you want from her/him.
You will misled by the beauty or the soft sweet character or sweet little actions of her/him....have a strong mind set and REALLY keep on your standards and try not to get off-balance!

Thank you for sharing your personal side. I am 11.4 years recovering alcoholic/addict. I struggle with many issues in sobriety that I never did when I was a party boy. I find very few attractive women that aren’t at a minimum problem drinkers. I also detest lying and manipulative behaviors, so I find myself arguing or trying to teach women I get involved with because I won’t stay if they if they aren’t on the same page…probably why I’ve never settled. I work way too much to have enough time for my relationships in order for them to thrive. I also find that most women see my recovery as a weakness or handicap instead of my greatest strength.

Great video I always ask how's your relationship with your father. Usually how a woman treats their father or learned how to from mom is exactly the way they are going to treat you... Always. If they have a bad relationship with their father, move on. Finances are another good question and you can basically watch how they spend. If she is loose with her money... Move on. Dress, if she dresses like a teenager... Short shirts, revealing clothes, loves attention from anyone who will look at her... Move on. These are the top 3 period. 😊😊
I have to say your absolutely right. When u say look how they treat their father and how the mother will almost definitely be along the lines how they treat u I'm experiencing this now and starting to connect all the dots with the woman I've been with for 3 years I was totally oblivious to these things it's so true though don't we all wish we coulda see the red flags when they were literally right in our face.. Whow I am in love with aplolonia
I meet this woman about 12 years ago and we lose in contact in 2009. But now in 2021 we been talking and going out. We talk about her future and my future in life and she going to some much emotional cause she want a baby at this point and just had a birthday three months ago turn the big 40 and weeks before Christmas she wanted a dog now and somebody gave her a puppy 2 months old and ever since she been worrying about dog health. But now she knows the dog is going to be fine. Alot more other things we have discuss. So in this past 6month things have been going through some stuff and it been crazy. I really need a answer cause now she started to change up on me and now I think it's more than what it looks like in my eyes. I really need to have a set down talk about something that I been going through with her and myself. What can I do a this point or what should I be doing at this point? Well about to new year and I had a set back on Christmas day cuz I saw a text she sent her ex on that night. And she said something that really upsets me in the text to her ex, I don't know why she would have text that I didn't know what to say but I got upset when I saw it and now she work with him they been friends since I knew her and now I think they got really close cause there past. And now he just lose his lady, she just passed away recently. But now things been so awkward she not been communicating over the past few days. So what you think or how should I proceed or handle it in a more professional way? There's a lot more under the surface and a lot more I need to tell you. Apollonia I really need some understanding and clarity. Can you please coaching me through it?
