I try to be as vulnerable and honest from most every moment I am actively connecting with you all. I don't feel comfortable sharing much else other than there may be an upcoming period of time in which I am absent/inactive. I am going to be seeking care, of which I feel as though in order to overcome this battle I'll need to step away to find my way again. These last few years brought about many challenges/ illnesses we fought and are still actively fighting in the dark. I acknowledge I need help. It is okay to need help. To feel just really lost and sad. It's been a long few years, and It is time for me to get well. I am still here, but my communication will be limited. These videos from this one to all the foreseeable future videos will be completely dedicated to those trying to just stay afloat. You are never alone. I started this channel at a time I was previously seeking help for mental health. I am stepping into this moment knowing I will be okay and feel better soon enough. I look forward to that moment.

i always judged asmr as being weird and awkward until i actually started looking at it with an open mind you and pj dreams asmr were the first people that i started watching that brought me so much comfort now i literally advocate for asmr i love it so much and it brings so much relaxation and sense of community thank you for all you do

Asmr also doesn’t give me tingles but I’ve been obsessed with how it’s able to get me calm and relaxed 🥰 and also how it’s able to put me to sleep! I’m anxious and at night my head runs 100 mph haha so I suffer from insomnia and asmr helps a ton

You have an amazing channel that has helped me fall asleep countless times. An ASMR idea popped into my head that always used to give me tingles that I havent seen done in my search. Always used to get tingles when the Librarian would come into my english class and give book talks. They would have like 3 note cards taped to the back of the book for their overview and would always tap the book and I thought it would be a great asmr video.

Yes to gum chewing videos with whispers! I personally am not a fan of fast and aggressive ASMR. I listen to ASMR to relax, and fast and aggressive does not relax me. Slow whispers are 🙌🏽

If you miss the flavor of coffee I saw a video about using the pits of dates as a coffee replacement. You roast and grind them and they taste like coffee but without the caffeine. I tried it because the caffeine makes me super shaky and jittery.
