    Great videos of the progression to Sprint Design 2.0, and you're all awesome at doing your videos, many thanks guys and to Jake for starting it all. :)

    I love the edits of your videos.. they make me laugh on days that are hard to laugh. This breakdown of the sprint is actually better than the book in my opinion BTW (Sorry Jake)

    Hi! Awesome videos... quick thought... don't we consider in this step to enhance or consolidate two concepts with ideas from others and reach a new "consensus" concept different from the originally proposed?

    I'm sure you've had this question before - what do you do if you can only get your "decider" for an hour each day (at most)?

    I have not gone through all of A&J Smart video but so far there great! Thanks for all your hard work. Also fun question and maybe someone asked this question already. When you decided to create your hacks in design Sprint 2.0 did you use Sprint process to figure them out? ;)

    "Conservative with dots" - sure you have tried for example: a different dot color - to disconnect them from the "2 dots paradigm", or triangles, of cats? Or did you?

  • @nikolaosgeorgiadis3812

    I liked the video for Patrick's sneeze.

    Ok living for B! Qu: where does her energy come from after doing a sprint and making time for these videos? Amazing guys.

    Thanks for sharing. Really appreciate good guide!!!
    I have a question about The SuperVote. Who can be the decision maker among team members? Facilitator? or Randomly selected someone?

    How about to make custom stickers that looks like as sunday slaps?

    What if the team / decider thinks that multiple concepts will be needed to make it work?

    Has the facilitator seen all the concepts previously in order to summarise each concept? Are they coming in fresh as well?

    • @AJSmart
      @AJSmart  Před 5 lety +1

      They have seen the concepts for the same amount of time as everyone else- what helps though, is if they focus on taking notes on the highlights of each concept. It's a tough job for sure.

    I'm curious to know if these sprints actually take up the entire working day or are there breaks and focus time chunks in between or after? :)

    • @Creactorial
      @Creactorial Před 6 lety

      Usually a design sprint day starts at 10am and ends around 5pm. It is not a good idea to break the sprint activities up and do other work in between. You will loose a lot of momentum that you've been building with the team. There are short breaks though, so checking your messages or the odd phone call is no problem.

  • @larsholdgaard4284

    how much time is spend on each activity?

  • @JonKern

    So you're saying that the decider can also pit two concepts against each other... like a little caesar :-)

    This was a super-fancy-kicking-ass concept @1:09. I wonder who created it 🤔😂

    The storyboarding video thumbnail at 12:34 isn't clickable

    • @AJSmart
      @AJSmart  Před 6 lety

      Hey Imola! Yeah, they don't let you use clickable images and ends screens in the same video- annoying! Just above the video image is an icon you an click!! Sorry about that :(

    Hi, great content! One thing I don't get is why the h.... do you need "the decider"? It must be much better to move forward with the stuff that get the most votes - no? So we can end up with...let's say 7 votes of 8 in total go on one solution sketch and "the decider" choose a complete different solution. That must break the dynamic of the whole project. I can understand you need a decider sometimes if the group is split in half, but on almost every decisions? Come on... its like a bad try to let everyone think they are helping out with moving forward, when they may end up without contribute to stake out the course at all.
