Yvonne, Ted and Barry have not lost their voices...it makes me cry how they are still young in their hearts.
Im 59 years old and i rember listening to the record as a small boy id play it over and over then i lost track of it but now thanks to the internet i can her all the time i just love it so much.i tell people this is how i pray
TED Barry and Yvonne have aged bit in our hearts they're still the ones of the originale 1973 movie.
Miss Carl for sure, wish he was still here because what he did later I loved and wanted more from him...sadly he is gone
YES! I'm sooo grateful watching these (3) again, as Main/Original Casts of JCS. I liked them a lot.They are All very good & professionals. Amen! "JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR", a very famous, inspirational, powerful Musical/Spiritual Movie i've watched during my Grade School. Halleluiah, JESUS! 😇
This is a show/musical I grew up, I get very emotional hearing this song ! Simply wonderful to see these three together, only missing Carl who is in heaven. LOVE!!!
I was fortunate enough to see Carl Anderson as Judas in a presentation of JCS not long before he died. He sounded EXACTLY as he did in the movie 30+ years prior. Unfortunately, he was by far the best talent of the bunch and this includes a shrunken music section that was mediocre at best, but it was great to hear Anderson after so many years.
Carl Anderson was amazing and changed my life and view on religion with his performance!
It was during my hi school days that i was do amazed with this musical up to now. Thanks to the people and technology in bringing this out today hoping forever. Great music for all. Love you and God Bless

what a great moment MAN LIFE GOES BY SO FAST JCS JUST GETS BETTER &BETTER TO THE SOUL HOW LUCKY ALL THESE FOLKS ARE & WOW 2 B ABLE TO SING 47 YEARS LATER YVONNE AMAZING HAVE TO CRY I WAS 10 YEARS OLD & LOVED IT INSTANTLY IT WAS SO FOREIGN YET EVEN AT 10 I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHO ALL THESE ADULTS DANCING & SINGING WERE & HOW COOL IT ALL IS.
This had such an impact on me as a child, and cry a river of joy whenever I watch the movie, or live performances. #ThanxTed!
Bedankt voor het plaatsen! Wij waren er vrijdagavond, maar moesten vanwege vervoer naar huis voordat deze finale goed en wel begonnen was (de show liep enorm uit, dus het was al haasten om nog naar huis te kunnen). Geweldig om het alsnog te kunnen zien. De voorstelling zelf was een ervaring die ik nooit meer vergeet!

I grew up with the movie, own the movie. Although , I honestly wished they would have stopped after the movie came out, to leave the magic of never changing to frozen in time . one of the most profound musicals ever .

Het moment rond 01:50 heeft mij diep geraakt. “Veilig in Jezus armen” omschrijft dit moment het best. Ik zat op de tribune en ben nog nooit zo geraakt; I was struck by lightning: Vervuld van liefde. Dank voor het terug kunnen zien.

JCS the movie directed by Norman Jewison on location in isreal..and so nice to see Ted and miss Elliman part of the cast with the new cast.
So this must have been special for the newer cast to work with the original
Ted Neely and Miss Elliman and the new members of the cast on stage.
zo geweldig, dat jullie de voorstelling (special) van 6 mei op CZcams hebben geplaatst...want die avond was ik er ook. ik zat op het balkon...ik was zo geraakt die avond...wauw, wat een geweldig, lieve man is Ted Neeley. ik had hem graag willen ontmoeten, maar helaas zat dat er niet in....maar ik heb 2x van hem mogen genieten tijdens Jesus Christ Superstar....
Een onvergetelijke avond. Dit ad ik voor geen goud willen missen.

De lp is meerdere keren kapot gedraaid, intussen natuurlijk ook de CD in 't bezit. Ieder woord, iedere letter kan ik dromen. Deze avond vergeet ik m'n leven niet!!!
Dus nu de DVD nog ;-).
De blueray van de film heb ik ook, maar als van deze voorstelling een DVD komt sta ik vooraan om 'm te kopen !
Helaas komt er van deze productie geen dvd of blu-ray.

What is very sad that XXI century, in Greece that show had never been seen, not the movie, not the life musical, because of the very close mind their religion is, and so so behind they are....
It Is sad to know. In chatolic Italy too I remember when I was a boy the show and the movie were considered controversial to offer to the public. I could see the movie almost only thru a foreign TV Channel (tele Monte Carlo) The concept of the show was so new and so strange to our eyes with those long haired hippy guys in jeans doing Jesus and singing rock songs. Me too as a boy for many years could not understand fully the meaning, the innovations and the greatness of this opera.
I wish the band could have softened their instruments, too loud for her voice, just my opinion
