And here's me as a North-Indian : for a whole week.... breakfast - roti, sabzi or bhujiya , lunch - Dal chawal and dinner - roti sabzi.. for snacks go grab a kurkure or chips that too... sometimes 0_0
We actually eat rice in here she is just cooking East Asian dishes we mostly eat boiled vegetables meat such as pork beef and chicken we love spicy food

Don't put ur expectations too high. When it comes to studies, institute matters not the place. People from NE are going to Delhi and Bangalore for good education. I'm myself from NE but my life isn't aesthetic. Being aesthetic depends on the person, not the place. In smart cities there r more opportunities and facilities. Studying in DU or IIST or AIIMS or IIT is a lifetime achievement. NE is beautiful but we are still behind in many aspects.

Is that what normal dishes of mizo ppl look like? Or is it just your family making korean inspired dishes? I'm curious as I'm north Indian, the cuisine is so different from ours and it's mostly korean & Japanese inspired so it's sparked my curiosity.

Our cuisine are no match we eat a lot different meat and food you guys will be disgusted but its true . Our cuisines are more like South East Asian like Thai,laos etc but there are some dishes similar to east asia we have our own traditional dishes we eat beef and all and don't use that much of spices but we eat the Worlds most spiciest chilli 😊
