How to inject Mounjaro from the "new" UK version Kwikpen pen device?

Mounjaro Kwikpen is about to be launched globally. Previously, the autoinjector device of Mounjaro would be a single use device which was to be discarded after use and didn't require needle attachment.
Now, due to the supply constraints, the new Mounjaro pen devices with be like insulin Kwikpen pen devices which will have multiple doses (4 to be precise) in one device that will have to be reused once weekly for a whole month.
This is the first demonstration of new device which is already released in UK and is about to be globally launched in UAE as well as other countries.

I think you could have added cleaning the pen with an alcohol swab and also the injectio site?

@@skippercaship thank you for your feedback...alcohol swab is not needed provided the body is clean after shower and there's no contamination on injection site

You may try doing 9 clicks to get 0.12mg every 7 days to start with

The official recommendation is 6 weeks, but some patients have maintained cold chain for 8 to 12 weeks without concerns. The efficacy needs reviewing, though if using beyond 6 weeks.
