Your one of the few reactors who actually noticed the 8 string guitars and knew it was going to go seriously south very soon.
Hurrikan is one of those words Germans didn't have and imported it from English, pronouncing it in English but still felt the urge to germanize it's spelling. Don't ask me why. Some things are ridiculous.
Would highly recommend Hypa Hypa and We Got the Moves by this group (if you haven't heard/seen them already!)
The lyrics you read was only the end screaming part when the zombies came and they are already in english. The first part with the german lyrics are different :D
Funny shaped straws by the pool (not quite an accurate depiction) would be We Got The Moves. Hypa Hypa was the song that put them on the global map and got me to appreciate harsh vocals for the first time in my life. It's also funny to watch, and has eye candy. Hypa Hypa also has multiple genre-crossing covers, you might like to follow the OG video with the ones by "The Boss Hoss" or "Sasha" as those have no harsh vocals but still have humor.
Callboy also has two tracks that aren't in the Hypa Hypa, We Got The Moves, Pump It, Spaceman, Hurrikan style. Hate/Love is more rock-ish, and FCKBOI is a late 90's/early 2k throwback sound, both are actually serious songs that you might have caught on MTV during the eras their style was popular. If you want to watch a hilarious video by them in German that has a short harsh section but is mostly visually interesting, they collaborated with Kalle Koschinsky to make "Castrop x Spandau" on Kalle's YT channel.
If you like recommendations and haven't tried them yet, here are a couple bands without harsh vocals.
• Little Big (the darker visual videos from years ago are also darker content, while the colorful recent videos are more comedy)
• Nanowar of Steel
you did the english part of the lyrics, the german Schlager part has lyrics too obviously and they give nice hints to where this ends up, despite the Schlager kitsch:
