@@ericpajela5203he was talking about Guwon, because he told him to turn into the Azir (who was already dead at that point), and Guwon did for like 2 secs.
Guwon is good, more so when all lanes win so hard and he had no pressure. Problem is, like the T1A Top, Dal & Guwon tends to crumble under pressure. (aka when the map is even and the stake is high for the next team fight, these 2 fumbles)
Guwon did very well! Being buffed between Zeus & Faker (and also Kk0ma & Tom during champ select) resulted amazing 2 games for Guwon! Also, hopefuly Oner will get better soon!
Yeah I don't get why teams let this through bans. Is it a power play or something? Every game I've watched it seems like even if he loses lane or something (also not common) he still is so impactful mid to late in team fights.
i loved how even when azir pushed them under the fountain, they just laughed it off. Faker going "wo, wo" then smiling is fun to watch. guma is also so chill, although its hard not to be when you are 22 to 6.
Guwon was definitely under pressure especially when he said "that means i played well" with with a sigh of relief in game 1. GG man. It means dal is the only one that needs to improve and their synergy
this make me think that maybe what T1A need is a really good shotcaller. they have faker and keria in T1 pro team who always give infos and option about what is happening around the map. rekkles can do that but he have language barrier issue. poby mostly find a hard time in paying attention to his surroundings, let alone to be a good shotcaller.
Ik it's kinda meh to compare Poby and Faker, but I think the biggest struggle Guwon has atm in CL is simply because they bank on him to make the successful gank. Faker is practically always there for him when he's ganking to mop up in case it isn't successful. The sheer push he has in mid allows him to just roam however he wants, and that's a massive weight off of Guwon's shoulders and lets him play while making more small mistakes that don't cause a game to flip. Poby is struggling to find a way to roam in sync to either make a gank successful or to prevent a gank from being turned and giving the enemy side lanes priority.
I think faker was already telling him ahead of time what to do (eg: come gank after the next wave or lets go top since nothing to do in mid). All he needs is not to bungle the mechanics.
@@johanntan86 It still shows the gap Poby has from Faker. His AD centric champ pool with minimal flex is really hard to let him do what Faker does, being able to push out and comfortably dictate the flow into the side lanes. Guwon is often left to his own devices, and junglers needing to be the most flexible and free in decision making will have the hardest time without a second voice to pull the brakes when they drive off course so to speak.

Love that T1 main team giving Guwon a SUPER HUGE buff and experience for this. I'll be the happiest man if i were in Guwon's shoe. Really hope with this exposure Guwon could probably translate it into his CL games.
If poby could only pull off that roaming capabilities yes they can win, also can be seen to Guwon's facial how uplifting each ganks with midlaner and winning all of it. He probably make shotcalls now in his team along side rekkles

@@aitordominguezcomin9147 doesn't matter, he managed to play well and sync with the rest of the team whole subbing for Oner. Who cares about challengers... It's Def better than poby and his 80% lose rate when he subbed for faker.
@BlackHawk21ification poby was not the problem in his games. It's just that Faker is way more of a shot caller and team leader than ever before. When he was gone T1 looked like headless chickens running around.
@@JZhaoRen i never said he was the problem, all i said is that poby replacing faker is not something that would work for MSI or Worlds but Guwon replacing Oner is possible since he can sync up with the rest of the team and play well with them and get the wins
@@BlackHawk21ification what we are talking about is that on current T1 team, jngl is the most ''disposal'' roll cause against a very weaker team cause every lane is very solid. the way guwon changed from informal to respectful while saying sorry for taking penta from keria is cute 😭
