Being a native of Pfafftown NC and moving to Kernersville NC. I despise living in Kernersville. It's expensive to live here my taxes, utilities and everything from living in Winston has gone up. Not only that the people here believe they are the greatest thing to walk on earth. Everyone is rude, the roads suck, the way the businesses are designed in Kernersville suck. Look elsewhere this is a town that thinks it's Raleigh. The residents are scared of every little sound that Kernersville makes and car break-ins almost hourly. People don't know how to drive in Kernersville. In another 5 years it's going to be over commercialized. The development needs to stop. If I could afford to sell my house and move back to Pfafftown I would. The only reason I moved here was to be closer to the wife's family that hardly ever visits to begin with.
From someone thats looking to relocate from..... how does the crime rate compare to greensville and winston salem, it looks like the school's are bad in kernsville also?
What the heck..neighborhood scout gives it 6 index for violent crimes. That's super dangerous 😱Greensboro not much better. Seems like my family's life would be in danger just living in the triad area 😫
That is surprising to see! The majority of that must be property crime. I am out there very often and know several people that live there. Seems very safe to me as do most parts of the Triad. Thanks for watching!

How come Zillow and others dont list the Sq footage for about 90% of the listed homes? Its hard to even shop around without this extremely important info. I know its not you but thought I would ask so see if maybe you knew why:) Thanks

I've noticed that too for Triad houses, because everywhere else I've looked does.
