Good luck with the eclipse build...I noticed that you have a header on it , just wanted to let you know , and this from experience, I've owned 4 of these cars , 2 turbos and 2 , non turbo , you'll need to put header rap on that header or the heat will destroy everything close to it , especially the starter and hood ..Also it' could cause it to over heat when you put the hood on , just thought I'd let you know... Trust me , I know from experience, I learned the hard way ... Good luck ,have fun with it , be safe ✌️
I bought the same car years ago for 750 euros, according to the previous owner the Eclipse had a broken gearbox, I took the car to a garage and they discovered that only the clutch plates were worn out.

I'm trying to restore the car overall and haven't done the swap yet. I also have to swap the automatic transmission and drill a clutch in the floor. Fun fun I don't know where to begin just yet. Trying to get the parts to restore the car is a mess you can't find these cars no more.. not here anyway
I’m not a DSM fan but need more of these in the road. I just don’t like all the ones I see are FNF replicas it’s boring now. But to each his own. Kinda sucks there’s going to be another fnf replica eclipse on the road

The previous owner had a turbo on that engine. How do you know that isn't a low compression turbo engine?
Because these engines don’t come in turbo, they’re N/A so no turbo! If they had a turbo it’s aftermarket
