No matter on mobile or pc, it won’t let me to the decal the section only to the roblox studio one

You need to press the 3 dots on the corner or the 2 A’s, and press request desktop site.

I always click on these videos and when i did it in decals when you go to roblox invintory and the decals and faces are two diffrent things
