    Looking to build in Africa?
    There is a strong temptation to dive straight into building the house of your dreams. The sooner you start, the sooner you'll be done, right? Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way if you haven't done some essential planning up front. Making one critical mistake in the process can cause you to potentially lose thousands of dollars. By planning well and understanding the order in which you build, you can save time, energy, and money.

    Looking to buy a house in Africa?
    Buyers’ remorse can be a costly mistake when buying a house in Africa. From overlooking important details and getting distracted by the "flashy" details while ignoring the actual quality of a home. Who would buy a car without checking underneath the hood? New buyers may become victims to these pitfalls in their house acquisition process. According to polls, 51% of homeowners regretted something about the home they bought or the process of choosing it. It can be tricky to transition from picky buyer to the happy homeowner but it's possible. Royal Consulting Solutions LLC, created a Buyer’s Guideline to help with the process of sorting out and removing the hiccups in buying a house in Africa. The Buyer’s Guidelines provide you a comprehensive listing of things to review and confirm are in working order prior to buying the house.

    Great content Tony, how long does it takes to grow a palm tree? Also watch out for the mango and almond trees. They can be detrimental to your foundation and fence wall. Beautiful Home.🏡

    • @4EverHome
      @4EverHome  Před 2 lety +2

      The palm trees normally grow about a foot a year under good nutrient-rich conditions and water. However, some do grow about 3ft per year making them fast-growing palm trees. Make sure they get a lot of water in the dry season, especially the first year. True on the mango and almond tree. Thanks

    • @4EverHome
      @4EverHome  Před 2 lety +1

      Most plant sellers will have them. I.e. Flower Pot near the Underbridge before Palace. The roadside plant sellers may have them too.
