I did my 20' enclosed's roof in 1" aluminum backed foam board and some thin white sheets. I can say it make a world of difference on the hot summer days in the Idaho desert. I for sure would do it again.

I really enjoy these lil side projects on the trailers.
One thing I would suggest : if you ever want work on or see something underneath a car in the trailer, some lights on the floor could be useful

You could remove the ply wood and put foam insulation and use metal on the walls and the roof. Super light and thin aluminum
What size fuse for interior lights
Go get the m-18 top off power supply .Hook it to a Milwaukee dual rapid charger. And always keep swapping out the battery label them 1,2,3. You will never run out of power. 😊
I used to tow my race car with an X5. It did ok. Used a lot of fuel.

Why not solar on top and car battery and also have it powered from the trailer plug so it’s always charging
Question you said you had to install a low voltage cut off because if you drain the battery down it would mess it up but isnt that what happens when you use it on a drill you run it till the battery runs out so seems kinda of unnecessary for a low voltage cut off

What was the reason to step back from the NASH trailer and go with your previous enclosed and this enclosed? Is it just too big to be practical?
Yeah the Nash trailer is good for big events with 2 cars but the single is easier all around

How do you recharge a drill battery once it's been drained to low ?? I have 2 drill batteries I'd like to fix and also my Schumacher jump pack also failed and won't recharge ...
Make 2 jumper wires and hook too another battery that is charged leave for about a minute...+ too +, - too -

It has always been successful for me just be sure u hook it up right or it will fry the good battery and hook up negative first
If done correctly you can have a shut off where it would stop working as it would in a drill, so you don't drain it to low
Yea but if you don't charge a drained battery before it sits for a long period it will get too low also

You install a 12v car battery so your lights can run without your truck. Then the wiring that hooks up to your truck will charge your battery in the trailer while your truck is running and traveling to events.
