To laugh a bit over the fantastic and fake sound :-) I think there has been a genuine Leaf "Nismo Edition" made, but I have never seen one. Please also note the date when this video was published.
@hoojiesgarage1542 yes you are correct, there is in fact a Nissan Leaf Nismo for Japan market only which us here in New Zealand luckily get them imported and you see a few here and there. I own one and i actually quite like it, the few exterior improvements make it look so much better than the standard Leaf.
