I disagree with your take on my views on relationships. I always knew what was healthy by instinct. My parents and sibling were all dysfunctional, and their dysfunctions fed into each others. I was “the white sheep” and distanced myself from them. I moved out at 19 and limited my contact. The only disfunctional thing I took with me was my argument style. Husband grew up in a very similar family structure and he had the same argument style. I thought he was a white sheep in his family too. I was mistaken. He was a wolf in sheeps clothing.
