Turnupseed gave only one interview to Life magazine and said very little, he had to have been paid off. Also I believe Rolf switched to the driver seat after Jimmy got the ticket. Coolness comes from being real, being authentic, showing true emotions, being a really alive and aware human being. Another extremely cool dude at that era was Steve McQueen. Nobody today matches the coolness of this two acting giants and nobody ever will. That's why both of them are legends.
