The first guild a joined in my first hour was an absolute blast, they helped me. Gave me silver and, boosted me and taught me about the game. And then later on i left in good will for a nice PVP guild.
Ah man, lucky you. I joined the first one that asked within two hours and most of them are douche bags but they play well and are one of the largest 😭😭😭 I want a friendly guild but the XP is so nice 😬
Same here tbh, after an hour of playing I was completely lost, a guild invited me, asked me to join discord and its been a blast, they taught me everything, helped me progress and we became really good friends with them, knew them for almost 4-5 months and I've been talking to these guys almost daily. They are practically the reason why I'm loving this game so much

Black Zone is getting real dangerous around portal locks, the fecking ganking guilds are starting to camp portals as more and more are starting to try out the BZ.
the ganking guilds are also infesting hell gates now too. they camp the boss just out of name render, and once they hear the boss activate, they rush in and kill the person. take their stuff and retreat back to wait on the next person to enter.
i just started the game but i guess my background in games like these helped a little, i decided early on that ill simply choose one fighting path, 1 weapon type(frost staffs), 2 gathering tools, mining and wood(i insist on making my own staffs and selling all the normal and good ones i make simply because it seems fun to provide for myself) and i simply fight in a lot of solo dungeons to grind levels in cloth armor and weapons
I have avoided all that mistakes. Thanks to the one who introduced me to the game. Although, I almost made the mistake of leveling up all tools when I was going solo. 😂 I did not join their guild right away but I'm glad I already did. I declined more than 5 guilds before joining my friend's guild.
I'm learning a lot from you and have been helping other new players as well. Because of your videos I am able to make at least 1mill each day, gather enough resources to level up my skinning to t5, level up my gear to t6, farm enough silver for 30 days premium, and I've only been a week into the game. @@tzitzi5575 certain things you have to keep in mind, first I have a lot of free time because of my business running on its own, since I have free time I spend most of it online. Second, you have to get in a guild which can clear dungeons, you make an easy 50-60k per dungeon (t4), run it 4-5 times a day. Then you should check albiononline2d (dot) com to check market prices, Lew has a video on that. You also want to venture into black zones, since you'll be focused on silver (which can't be looted) you get a lot from there. Then comes trading, there is no point on crafting low tier stuff, just gather and sell, check albiononline2d (dot) com for market prices, gather stuff and sell until you get t5 mastery of at least 1 profession, then gather uncommon, rare and exceptional t5 items, craft them and sell. Make yourself a safe or normal route which you follow, learn your map... That's all I can say right now as I am only t6 atm
I've encountered another "new player mistake" with LPs... a friend of mine thought you actually need to spend LPs to advance at all xD These are all good tips, thanks for the video. A few minutes after I joined a guild I killed a few enemies and noticed that I was getting no silver from the pickup, I immediately thought that it was a guild tax and left the guild.
If you are still deciding on a guild and constantly get spammed by invitations, you can turn on reject all invites until you're ready. Do so by clicking on Game Settings (cogwheel top right) -> Social (left menu) -> Auto-Deny Guild Invites (scroll down right menu).
I only make the mistake for doing all teh tools for myself, but I'm surprised it is pure logic that having all ur bank with is a thing that do a lot of people

Just play it today and join my first guild, a few hours after i left the newbie island. I felt that my money i got from killing the mob suddenly drop to 0 for each kill. I mean, wtf, wht the hell is happening. Then i found this vid....... F u c k. Thnks for the guide tho
I've experienced every one of these mistakes. 1. Being a potato in potato farming? Check 2. Overuse of LP? Check 3. Carrying Everything? Check, lost all my tools and gear first time I died in red zone 4. Leveling all the tools? Check, my guild leader scolded me for this XD 5. No Backup Gear? Check, tho after I died for the first time I started making backup gear 6. Afraid of Black Zones? Check, tho I plan on going there when I get to T5 or T6 :V
I would say going to black zones right now is a big nono unless you are a guild or wearing T5-6 enchanted. The amount of ganking invisibly groups right now mean the chance of being rooted is near 70%
i solo gather in black zone almost every day and i haven't been ganked in months... literally paying attention to the edges of your screen and standing next to mount is a big deal

I mean how to buy, what can we do, hiring and stuff and building, would it cost any money to travel to and back from the island I matter the luggage, what are the most important things to do once you buy an island. only mistake i've made involves guilds. but I don't intend on joining one for the purpose of a guild. I Made my own and just use it as a second island to craft/repair all my stuff and refine my resources for higher bankroll. (in less than 2 weeks I've max leveled both my main island and the guild island and tier 5'd all the buildings. That way if any of my discord/youtube friends wanna jump in with the hype, they have a guild waiting for them and don't have to worry about dumping silver into the city shops.
and yes, my guild has a high tax. as you can see a person's silver when you scan them, I keep my silver with the guild and have it take 100% to the guild bank for safe keeping. if they think I have nothing on me. then they are less likely to attack. actually got a whisper that said "what the F*** did you waste all your money on?" then the guy knocked me down until I answered him with "I've been killed 3 times today". then he killed me.
I made the first mistake. I didn't know there is a tax system in the guild. Most common thing I know about guild in other games is a massive party of players (clan). ClanVClan, ClanVAll events etc.
"The "Bridgelock Alliance" its a good guild, not a scam" 😂 got inside on a Latin guild of the alliance. 0% tax everywhere and we can use the alliance territories. The guys do random dungeon a lot, and they answer all your questions nicely.
About the black zone, been out a couple of times with the intention to treasure hunt but I've found exactly 0 treasures for a combined 3 hours iirc. I can't even find full resources in the t3-4 zones, everything's always gathered up when I find it and there's no one around me.
Im leveling up my all gathering except the stone, i still dont know what to do so i want to play carefully and chill grinding. It might help me at end game.
Same here, but I am still lvling all up. Why? I am PVE player, and I do not ser any reason to go to red or Black zones. Why? Ler me explain: this game id about pkers ganking and others escaping. I preffer to play casual on safe zones, than play paranoic, in other areas.
This sounds so much like Eve Online. Never fly what you can't afford to lose and Null Sec (Black Zone) is the place to be if you're serious about making money.
Thanks of giving out this information. I recently got my first Guild Request and I didnt think on joining a guild that early, or was just planning on making my own guild at some point. As well as the leveling tools tip sounds useful but the leveling system for the tools and other items is weird.
Good Thing the first Guild I have until now don't ask for Tax. We have 0% tax. Which is really nice for newbie players. They even provide free bees for newer members.

Recommended get an transporting ox while travel in black zone, don't use mule because gankers can easily identify you as a new player and mule can easily kill by the mobs too......
i was baited into a potato farm guild, no one talked, it was just me, an i was getting coin taken away from me. now i have a 48 hour cooldown. its over like 8 hours before my premium trial but hopefully i can get the month!
Great video. Been playing for about a week now and i'm really enjoying the game. Myself i have just been trying to concentrate of reaching t5 in mining.
The guild that i joined in is good. Our guild master is 1month offline but he always help us ang when using thing in the guild island there is no tax. Many members are offline for months but they are powerfull they carried me in the dungeon
The only pitfalls I've made are that I want to level all my gathering at first, then again I want to be able to craft all Tier 5 myself so I can be self sustaining in the event of deaths, and that the black zone seemed scary.....the rest I've thankfully evaded, especially potato farming.
I have been playing for 2 days, I sell anything I do not use or won’t use, so most of the time my inventory is just some gathering tool(s) and my gear that I wear, and when I go back to the city with 200 iron ore, 200 tin and 100 copper, and I just buy my equipment but still grind rescources, I also grind mining but idk why it takes so damm long to do it, at tier III gathering rn, hundreds of steel bars and still not far on adept mining, but my smelting is very high already

Im a new player, and I just loved the pvp zones. Theres always this tick of adrenaline whenever any player pass your screen. Is he PK? Or is he gathering just like me? Run or not to run xD Thats fun for me!
Here's my plan: 1) Be a loner 2) Focus on 2 Custom Builds each Armour Type: Plate; Warrior Priest, Arch Lector Leather; Bounty Hunter, Reaper Cloth; Duelist, Warlock 3) Only bring 2 - 3 Sets each trip, rest stay in Banks 4) Focus on Skinning and Fishing 5) Buy/Make duplicates 6) Waltz into any dungeons/zones
nooo, you shouldn't have told them about bz gathering so i can gather them all peacefully xD jokes aside, if you wanna gather in bz here's my tip: 1. if you focus on gathering, just bring gathering armor set and backpack and you don't need to bring bag, just bring your ox and pies. don't forget the gathering tool and journals (empty) for the one material you are focusing (which is the main purpose of the gathering armor set, to gather one specific material) for additional income. just bringing one or two of the journal that has the same tier as your gathering level is enough. for example, you are expert lumberer, bring 1-2 expert lumberjack journals (empty) instead of master journals because this way, the journal will keep on filling up everytime you gather t5-t6 lumber instead of only t6 lumber. after they turn to (full) head back to town, sell your things and repeat on different location or different side of the map. let the resources on the location you just farmed regenerate. 2. always mount n gather. when you click on a resource node while riding, you will get off the mount and start gathering. after that, always ride your mount again first before moving. always stay near your mount, near enough you just need to click your mount to mount up instead of moving first after clicking the mount then mount up. this is to help you on the next tip. 3. when you see a player name on the edge of your screen, be cautious and mount up immediately. don't get too comfy or you'll regret it. after mounting up, move around until you don't see the name again or the player passes through you so you can go back to gathering. but if the player then unmount and start attacking, just run first until you don't see the name again then start farming again. try to memorize the name for next encounter which is prolly sooner than expected. i was never late on mounting up n escape so idk if the gathering armor set can help you escape or not. also use weapons that can help you escape like axe, bow etc i think that's pretty much it. gl on bz farming
if alone it's better to not bring fighting gears in case you get ganked by 5 man party doing RDs in black zone (and this tactic is affordable to even new comers on low budget. that's why i recommend it) also, this tip allows you to carry until 100% carrying capacity with journeyman ox to reduce time for travel back and forth between town and bz (in case you are lucky to not find any danger). and if that's the case, you won't even be able to fight coz the moment your ox despawn, your carrying capacity percentage should be red. if you wanna fight and gathering then bring highest tier bag and backpack that you can use for increased carrying capacity on foot so you can fight even if your mount is gone but that will increase the travel time and makes gathering efficiency slightly reduced and your fighting capability also reduced due to pork pies and backpack instead of combat food and combat cape. if you truly wanna defend yourself then bring full fighting gears. this will reduce your gathering efficiency even more. also look for sets that can help you when being ganked just in case for worst case scenario. if possible if you wanna fight, try bring at least one friend or two and have silver to spare in case you die
That 1st mistake u say is what done with me i joined a guild and with supreme taxes which let me in a freaking terror of fear that what if i never gain any money did i really have to delete my 1st game but i later see that my tax take my all money then i be like :- sike that's a wrong decision
I am currently trying to grind all gathering except fishing, so that later I can focus on tools, weapons and armors crafting. I think this is because I am from 3rd world country so still have that "make your own stuff" mentality. albion is my first MMO that I really enjoy playing, eveerything is so loose, no "not login a day and you lose the good stuff at 30th day" bullshit.
fortunately i havent been playing long enough to make most of the mistakes... i have had several guild invites, but at best, they are annoying. i got guild spammed on other games so much ive become numb to it. the only one i will probably "ignore" is the gathering one. i prefer crafting in most games, but i havent been playing long enough to go in depth, mostly prioritizing wood and metal for tools and such. however, 90% of the games use crafting as a side tool. very few have crafting as an actual primary profession, and a few are even shut down and run only on private servers. (rip SWG) I like how the guy at the end is like "hah, he's not even fighting back" then he gets knocked off the mount and says "*sigh* you asked for it" (smack) and the guys goes... "oh snap, this hurts, bye"
The guild thing is a big problem, if only there is a was way to report those guilds, especially that me and my guild wars 2 mates were planning to make our own guild and we put the most lower tax possible ( 5%). for granting I mostly focus what I need for my tank build .

Another important fact is that pvp zones are not for you if you have high latency. If you venture into the pvp zones at 500+ ping all you would be doing is giving away your gear and inventory as effort free loot.
Cannot agree more with the first one. Guilds that just randomly invite you only want more players so they look good. The best guilds for you are the ones you ask to be in, because you have looked at the guild and like how they play and how you can benefit the guild.
5 mins ago I closed the game because the server would shut down for daily maintenance but before that this guild invited me but i declined. Then when I saw the first mistake i gave myself a pat on the back
wow... that 1st mistake... I joined a guild that had 95% tax rate... made me farm like crazy to pass that 200 silvers quest line... only to figure out that the guild was taking all my silvers.... ty...........
A better phrase for going into black zone is " No risk, no rewards ". Once you learn how to pvp, trust me, you will love going into black zone/red zone.

Thanks for the information! That last point really was a little bit unexpected, but the rest was logical. Luckily I had a pretty strange feeling when I was a T1 naked guy in the starter town while receiving a guild invite, so I declined. Seems like the best decision in my life XD I'm currently exploring the game for myself, I'm just a random T2 fire mage. It also took me pretty long until I realized that I am able to equip T3 Stuff lmao. That point where you said that you should mostly buy ur equipment instead of crafting it will probably be pretty helpful. Anyways, thx for the video :D
I'm tier 5 archer and I craft all my gear but I don't use expert gear, uncommon adept was cheaper for me so its kinda funny seeing people dump tons of cash into expert n stuff when its less cost effective XD. My bow is tier 4 but is good rare so its equal to a tier 6 bows... Its nice :)
I lucked out with the guild that invited me. My guild is at a pretty high level and they basically bought me equip up until t5 after asking what kinda play style I want to go for, so that I won’t have to spend money up until t5.
A game that supports portal camping is a game with little development effort applied. I played this back in Beta and it was dead on launch day due to so many broken promises. The only reason it has a population now is due to the fact that the developers finally decided to honor their original promise to include a free to play version. Too bad it only took them years to honor that promise.
yeah but his point was you never lose gear in wow, so you'd only keep the one with the highest item level. and as I recall pvp in wow is now template based so the only thing that matters is your average ilvl, the stats and set bonuses on gear are ignored in pvp instances
7th and most important players in All these type of games. Never ever allow a powerlevel over a level you reached All by your self. This doesnt mean just play solo...this means dont accept power levels. Take time to learn All aspects of the game and your character. The more you invest in this..the better you do later on in pvp etc. The number of powerleveled Noobsmi killed in alot of these games runs in the thousands. Nothing is easier to kill. So dont rush...learn and enjoy the game.

Just play it today and join my first guild, a few hours after i left the newbie island. I felt that my money i got from killing the mob suddenly drop to 0 for each kill. I mean, wtf, wht the hell is happening. Then i found this vid....... F u c k. Thnks for the guide tho
I've experienced every one of these mistakes.
1. Being a potato in potato farming? Check
2. Overuse of LP? Check
3. Carrying Everything? Check, lost all my tools and gear first time I died in red zone
4. Leveling all the tools? Check, my guild leader scolded me for this XD
5. No Backup Gear? Check, tho after I died for the first time I started making backup gear
6. Afraid of Black Zones? Check, tho I plan on going there when I get to T5 or T6 :V
I would say going to black zones right now is a big nono unless you are a guild or wearing T5-6 enchanted. The amount of ganking invisibly groups right now mean the chance of being rooted is near 70%
i solo gather in black zone almost every day and i haven't been ganked in months... literally
paying attention to the edges of your screen and standing next to mount is a big deal

I mean how to buy, what can we do, hiring and stuff and building, would it cost any money to travel to and back from the island I matter the luggage, what are the most important things to do once you buy an island. You cloud cover things like this? I love to see such a vid
only mistake i've made involves guilds. but I don't intend on joining one for the purpose of a guild. I Made my own and just use it as a second island to craft/repair all my stuff and refine my resources for higher bankroll. (in less than 2 weeks I've max leveled both my main island and the guild island and tier 5'd all the buildings. That way if any of my discord/youtube friends wanna jump in with the hype, they have a guild waiting for them and don't have to worry about dumping silver into the city shops.
and yes, my guild has a high tax. as you can see a person's silver when you scan them, I keep my silver with the guild and have it take 100% to the guild bank for safe keeping. if they think I have nothing on me. then they are less likely to attack. actually got a whisper that said "what the F*** did you waste all your money on?" then the guy knocked me down until I answered him with "I've been killed 3 times today". then he killed me.
I've never been good at pvp. even in ESO, WoW, RuneScape, and FFXIV I've always been the gatherer/crafter of the guilds.
I made the first mistake. I didn't know there is a tax system in the guild. Most common thing I know about guild in other games is a massive party of players (clan). ClanVClan, ClanVAll events etc.
"The "Bridgelock Alliance" its a good guild, not a scam" 😂 got inside on a Latin guild of the alliance. 0% tax everywhere and we can use the alliance territories. The guys do random dungeon a lot, and they answer all your questions nicely.

About the black zone, been out a couple of times with the intention to treasure hunt but I've found exactly 0 treasures for a combined 3 hours iirc. I can't even find full resources in the t3-4 zones, everything's always gathered up when I find it and there's no one around me.
Like they said in Inception, you have to go deeper!
Im leveling up my all gathering except the stone, i still dont know what to do so i want to play carefully and chill grinding. It might help me at end game.
The tip about not trying to be self-sufficient is really good. You cannot reasonably ironman this game. At least not as a first time player.

Same here, but I am still lvling all up. Why? I am PVE player, and I do not ser any reason to go to red or Black zones.

Ler me explain: this game id about pkers ganking and others escaping. I preffer to play casual on safe zones, than play paranoic, in other areas.
This sounds so much like Eve Online. Never fly what you can't afford to lose and Null Sec (Black Zone) is the place to be if you're serious about making money.

Thanks of giving out this information. I recently got my first Guild Request and I didnt think on joining a guild that early, or was just planning on making my own guild at some point. As well as the leveling tools tip sounds useful but the leveling system for the tools and other items is weird.
Good Thing the first Guild I have until now don't ask for Tax. We have 0% tax. Which is really nice for newbie players. They even provide free bees for newer members.
the guild i joined shortly after finishing the tutorial had a tax of 1%, hope they realise they cant live that cheaply considering our guys dont donate silver
Recommended get an transporting ox while travel in black zone, don't use mule because gankers can easily identify you as a new player and mule can easily kill by the mobs too......

The guild that i joined in is good. Our guild master is 1month offline but he always help us ang when using thing in the guild island there is no tax. Many members are offline for months but they are powerfull they carried me in the dungeon

ESO players have multiple sets. Especially since they play different races, roles and classes.
The only pitfalls I've made are that I want to level all my gathering at first, then again I want to be able to craft all Tier 5 myself so I can be self sustaining in the event of deaths, and that the black zone seemed scary.....the rest I've thankfully evaded, especially potato farming.
I have been playing for 2 days, I sell anything I do not use or won’t use, so most of the time my inventory is just some gathering tool(s) and my gear that I wear, and when I go back to the city with 200 iron ore, 200 tin and 100 copper, and I just buy my equipment but still grind rescources, I also grind mining but idk why it takes so damm long to do it, at tier III gathering rn, hundreds of steel bars and still not far on adept mining, but my smelting is very high already

Im a new player, and I just loved the pvp zones. Theres always this tick of adrenaline whenever any player pass your screen. Is he PK? Or is he gathering just like me? Run or not to run xD Thats fun for me!
Here's my plan:
1) Be a loner
2) Focus on 2 Custom Builds each Armour Type:
Plate; Warrior Priest, Arch Lector
Leather; Bounty Hunter, Reaper
Cloth; Duelist, Warlock
3) Only bring 2 - 3 Sets each trip, rest stay in Banks
4) Focus on Skinning and Fishing
5) Buy/Make duplicates
6) Waltz into any dungeons/zones
nooo, you shouldn't have told them about bz gathering so i can gather them all peacefully xD
jokes aside, if you wanna gather in bz here's my tip:
1. if you focus on gathering, just bring gathering armor set and backpack and you don't need to bring bag, just bring your ox and pies. don't forget the gathering tool and journals (empty) for the one material you are focusing (which is the main purpose of the gathering armor set, to gather one specific material) for additional income. just bringing one or two of the journal that has the same tier as your gathering level is enough. for example, you are expert lumberer, bring 1-2 expert lumberjack journals (empty) instead of master journals because this way, the journal will keep on filling up everytime you gather t5-t6 lumber instead of only t6 lumber. after they turn to (full) head back to town, sell your things and repeat on different location or different side of the map. let the resources on the location you just farmed regenerate.
2. always mount n gather. when you click on a resource node while riding, you will get off the mount and start gathering. after that, always ride your mount again first before moving. always stay near your mount, near enough you just need to click your mount to mount up instead of moving first after clicking the mount then mount up. this is to help you on the next tip.
3. when you see a player name on the edge of your screen, be cautious and mount up immediately. don't get too comfy or you'll regret it. after mounting up, move around until you don't see the name again or the player passes through you so you can go back to gathering. but if the player then unmount and start attacking, just run first until you don't see the name again then start farming again. try to memorize the name for next encounter which is prolly sooner than expected. i was never late on mounting up n escape so idk if the gathering armor set can help you escape or not. also use weapons that can help you escape like axe, bow etc
i think that's pretty much it. gl on bz farming
or just kill the other person and not be a loser
if alone it's better to not bring fighting gears in case you get ganked by 5 man party doing RDs in black zone (and this tactic is affordable to even new comers on low budget. that's why i recommend it)
also, this tip allows you to carry until 100% carrying capacity with journeyman ox to reduce time for travel back and forth between town and bz (in case you are lucky to not find any danger). and if that's the case, you won't even be able to fight coz the moment your ox despawn, your carrying capacity percentage should be red.
if you wanna fight and gathering then bring highest tier bag and backpack that you can use for increased carrying capacity on foot so you can fight even if your mount is gone but that will increase the travel time and makes gathering efficiency slightly reduced and your fighting capability also reduced due to pork pies and backpack instead of combat food and combat cape.
if you truly wanna defend yourself then bring full fighting gears. this will reduce your gathering efficiency even more. also look for sets that can help you when being ganked just in case for worst case scenario.
if possible if you wanna fight, try bring at least one friend or two and have silver to spare in case you die
That 1st mistake u say is what done with me i joined a guild and with supreme taxes which let me in a freaking terror of fear that what if i never gain any money did i really have to delete my 1st game but i later see that my tax take my all money then i be like :- sike that's a wrong decision

gathering is weird because it actually speeds up a lot as you level
As a solo player I always include "solo" in my character name. I kid you not 11 random guild invites within 2 minutes of being in the tutorial area
I am currently trying to grind all gathering except fishing, so that later I can focus on tools, weapons and armors crafting. I think this is because I am from 3rd world country so still have that "make your own stuff" mentality. albion is my first MMO that I really enjoy playing, eveerything is so loose, no "not login a day and you lose the good stuff at 30th day" bullshit.
fortunately i havent been playing long enough to make most of the mistakes... i have had several guild invites, but at best, they are annoying. i got guild spammed on other games so much ive become numb to it. the only one i will probably "ignore" is the gathering one. i prefer crafting in most games, but i havent been playing long enough to go in depth, mostly prioritizing wood and metal for tools and such. however, 90% of the games use crafting as a side tool. very few have crafting as an actual primary profession, and a few are even shut down and run only on private servers. (rip SWG)
I like how the guy at the end is like "hah, he's not even fighting back" then he gets knocked off the mount and says "*sigh* you asked for it" (smack) and the guys goes... "oh snap, this hurts, bye"
The guild thing is a big problem, if only there is a was way to report those guilds, especially that me and my guild wars 2 mates were planning to make our own guild and we put the most lower tax possible ( 5%).
for granting I mostly focus what I need for my tank build .

Another important fact is that pvp zones are not for you if you have high latency. If you venture into the pvp zones at 500+ ping all you would be doing is giving away your gear and inventory as effort free loot.
Cannot agree more with the first one. Guilds that just randomly invite you only want more players so they look good. The best guilds for you are the ones you ask to be in, because you have looked at the guild and like how they play and how you can benefit the guild.
Yeah i got my first pvp kill in the red zone whilst wearing my highest tier equipment then the internet dies down finding myself free-killed by others
5 mins ago I closed the game because the server would shut down for daily maintenance but before that this guild invited me but i declined. Then when I saw the first mistake i gave myself a pat on the back
wow... that 1st mistake... I joined a guild that had 95% tax rate... made me farm like crazy to pass that 200 silvers quest line... only to figure out that the guild was taking all my silvers.... ty...........
A better phrase for going into black zone is " No risk, no rewards ". Once you learn how to pvp, trust me, you will love going into black zone/red zone.

You don't lose a percent of your stacks in yellow zones, all you lose is durability, the silver that drops is the durability converted into silver

lol I was watching this while playing and then you mentioned the Potato farm. Checked my guild tax and guess what, I was a Potato. Guild tax rate was 85%. Fortunately this was 1 hour into my play :P
I only use expensive stuff in safe zones, cheap stuff in full loot zones. Forcing the full loot mentality at all time is rather stupid

Thanks for the information! That last point really was a little bit unexpected, but the rest was logical. Luckily I had a pretty strange feeling when I was a T1 naked guy in the starter town while receiving a guild invite, so I declined. Seems like the best decision in my life XD I'm currently exploring the game for myself, I'm just a random T2 fire mage. It also took me pretty long until I realized that I am able to equip T3 Stuff lmao. That point where you said that you should mostly buy ur equipment instead of crafting it will probably be pretty helpful. Anyways, thx for the video :D
I'm tier 5 archer and I craft all my gear but I don't use expert gear, uncommon adept was cheaper for me so its kinda funny seeing people dump tons of cash into expert n stuff when its less cost effective XD. My bow is tier 4 but is good rare so its equal to a tier 6 bows... Its nice :)

I lucked out with the guild that invited me. My guild is at a pretty high level and they basically bought me equip up until t5 after asking what kinda play style I want to go for, so that I won’t have to spend money up until t5.

Honestly, I got really lucky with my first guild. They wanted to have 0% tax, and free utilities, unlike the utilities in the monopolized towns.
A game that supports portal camping is a game with little development effort applied. I played this back in Beta and it was dead on launch day due to so many broken promises. The only reason it has a population now is due to the fact that the developers finally decided to honor their original promise to include a free to play version. Too bad it only took them years to honor that promise.

NOt that I like WoW, but you can change gear sets in WoW from what I remember. One for PVP one for PVE, etc.
yeah but his point was you never lose gear in wow, so you'd only keep the one with the highest item level. and as I recall pvp in wow is now template based so the only thing that matters is your average ilvl, the stats and set bonuses on gear are ignored in pvp instances
7th and most important players in All these type of games.
Never ever allow a powerlevel over a level you reached All by your self.
This doesnt mean just play solo...this means dont accept power levels.
Take time to learn All aspects of the game and your character.
The more you invest in this..the better you do later on in pvp etc.
The number of powerleveled Noobsmi killed in alot of these games runs in the thousands.
Nothing is easier to kill.
So dont rush...learn and enjoy the game.
