Great video! Thank you for doing the baby bass color for me. Going to make a bunch to hit the Colorado river next month and the Kentucky lake in June when I go visit my Parents. Then of course all of the lakes here in San Diego California. Thank you again.

Awesome. Question for ya any tips on that mold? Ive had alot of issues with it with dents, Ive tried shooting it high temp, low temp, and slow but just seems to dent in the tails and once in awhile in the belly
Try heating your mold before injecting. Mine will do the same if I don’t heat the mold before injecting it the first time. If you continue to Inject the mold you should only have to heat the mold for the first run then the plastic will keep it heated. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching.
If you don’t have a hot plate to heat the mold use a heat gun and warm the mold prior to pour and before adding the back color. Then after pouring back hit the sides of the mold to keep it warm so it doesn’t cool too quickly.

Which dual injector and blending block do you use?
I use the shooting star by ultra molds most of the time which has a dual injector that doesn’t require a blending block. I do have a cheap dual injector with a blending block when I am just shooting a recipe video that I will use some. It is a DO-IT 4 ounce. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are going to be shooting bulk. If you are only shooting for yourself it will work fine. Just my opinion.
That mold the make it in 3 inch or what sides the make them

Would you say the little hammer mold is good?
I like it and has been a great seller for me as well. It can be a bit temperamental when laminating. After shooting a few times it fairly easy to adjust to.

It might be a dumb question but my mold just came in and it has a divider piece. Is this piece for laminates? And if so do I have to have a dual injector to use it
@NoGoatFishing that is require for laminating with the little hammer. Duel injector is required for a laminates. You can shoot solid colors in it with or without the insert.
I just wonder what If you mix both colors together put a little copper and black fleck in it what that would look like but that would be the solid bottom color and just do pumpkin seed With black and copper and gold fleck on the top and a little bit of blue highlight in both top and bottom colors that way you get the colors of a blueegill And a shimmer of a nightcrawler
That is one thing I really enjoy about shooting baits! You can save spurs and remelt for experimenting. I get time we may just see what that looks like. Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching!
