This was so good! I experienced a man that I was dating taking the time to correct me. In the beginning I would get very defensive, then I would think about what he was saying and the fact that it was true. He helped me to get over my inability to be corrected by a man due to my father not being in my life for a long time. Now I don’t get upset or cry when someone tries to correct me. Instead I am thankful because it shows that they love me and see me the way that God sees me! ❤️
I also had the experience of a Kingdom man who would correct me and at the time ,I was really offended,but he has helped me grow so much in that I stopped taking alcohol, I started having devotional time with the Lord,you know; reading the Word,praying.... Being watchful of what I say and how I say it...He taught me submission and respect. M ever so grateful for him... Now I don't need a constant push to relate to God because I've learned it's actually a blessing fellowshipping with God habitually...
