YES, finally a COD where the magazines actually become empty. It drove me nuts in the older games like having an LMG go dry and there's still bullets on the chain (Because it's just a looping animation) ugh.

I read this somewhere, but apparently, a developer for Halo 2 wanted the sub-machine guns from the game to have transparent magazines, but that was dropped due to the technical difficulties associated with being able to animate the the rounds being fired and the magazine shown being depleted. I just realized for MW:R, they managed to pull it off with the P90! So cool!! Maybe they 343 should release another Halo 2 remastered solely for the purpose of giving the sub-machine guns transparent, functional magazines ;)

The .22 long rifle can be fired straight ahead and be deadly up to a mile and a half. Those bullets all have more powder behind them and they're being fired at about a 45° angle. Therefore they will travel much farther than a mile

If you have ogg codec in windows media player you can play sounds in gamedata folder and change from CS mod arsenal overhaul. Then you can play oblivion lost with nice sounds
Some errors: M9 and USP have the trigger forward while the hammer is cocked. The mini UZI bolt isn't fully open prior firing. The charging handle on the mini UZI shouldn't reciprocate. AK rear sights notches aren't that wide. LMG shouldn't be re-cocked while reloading mid magazine RPD belt isn't disintegrating. Other than that, regarding reload animations, firing rates and skin it's really good. It's also a good thing that they depicted the last few rounds on belts for LMG and also for the translucent P 90 mag. Good details improvement.
Im not a fan of that chamber check animation. A slide pulled back half way then released doesnt have enough energy to cause the gun fly out of your hand like it seems to want to do in the animation. Thers also no HK slap on the MP5 lol (or G3). Although it is not required for functionality, even HK themselves recommends locking the bolt back when loading a new magazine, and slamming it forward. Also (though not shown in the video) Front sight posts are removed on the 249, M16 and M4 when an optic is attached which would be impractical because such a modification is permanent and/or requires an experienced armorer. Also, for some reason the M16 has a grenade launcher cut on the barrel(like the notch on the m4) but the povision to attach the grenade launcher is behind the front sight post underneath the hand guard not out in front like on the M4. In other news, dat 1911 doe. I fookin missed that thing in a call of duty game.

Almost every casual video game out there uses the model of an AKM, while they call the gun the "AK47". Left4Dead, CSGO and most Call of Duty games being prime examples.
Yeah, very few game developers realize the difference between the AK-47 and AKM(The AKM has a stamped receiver). Even most military personnel don't know the difference. But yeah it's an AKM and in reality the AK-47 hasn't been produced since the 1950s.
Cod developers get a lot of weapon details and names wrong. For instance the PKP from MW3 had the belt at the wrong side of the gun, they name the AKS74U as an AK74u and a lot of other things are badly researched
Stark they fixed a shitton of gun models in the remaster, for example the hammer of pistols are actually cocked unlike before, they added a low profile gas block for M4/M16 when mounting an optic and added the stepped barrel which is for mounting M203, the "Ak-74u" is replaced with an actual AKS-74U but kept the underfolding stock for nostalgia, they fixed the animation and model of GP-25, etc..
I've played the old one and I ain't gotta play the remaster one which I still don't find it like the original one (the change of voice acting and gun sound effects as an example or two. Which it really ticks me off)
The USP.45's sound has not improved much, but it still sounds better than that stupid sound it made before (i.e. Like two pieces of sandpaper rubbing together)

Almost every casual video game out there uses the model of an AKM, while they call the gun the "AK47". Left4Dead, CSGO and most Call of Duty games being prime examples.
Yeah, very few game developers realize the difference between the AK-47 and AKM(The AKM has a stamped receiver). Even most military personnel don't know the difference. But yeah it's an AKM and in reality the AK-47 hasn't been produced since the 1950s.
Cod developers get a lot of weapon details and names wrong. For instance the PKP from MW3 had the belt at the wrong side of the gun, they name the AKS74U as an AK74u and a lot of other things are badly researched
Stark they fixed a shitton of gun models in the remaster, for example the hammer of pistols are actually cocked unlike before, they added a low profile gas block for M4/M16 when mounting an optic and added the stepped barrel which is for mounting M203, the "Ak-74u" is replaced with an actual AKS-74U but kept the underfolding stock for nostalgia, they fixed the animation and model of GP-25, etc..
if you never played the old modern warfare game back in 2007 and you are new to the modern warfare remastered series than you need some help
I've played the old one and I ain't gotta play the remaster one which I still don't find it like the original one (the change of voice acting and gun sound effects as an example or two. Which it really ticks me off)
The USP.45's sound has not improved much, but it still sounds better than that stupid sound it made before (i.e. Like two pieces of sandpaper rubbing together)
I heard the guns sound differently indoors. Could you try to record that and compare them perhaps? Great video!
I love it how with the P90 you can see the ammo depleting in the clip when you're shooting
