I am back here to re-watch these old Focus Pocus videos. They are that good. This particular video has all of the scenarios that most inexperienced Auditors will come across and FP shows how they should be handled. He is that good. He is easily the best Auditor in the UK and I have taken the time to spread that message far and wide across the USA also. More vids please.

I think the single main thing which puts you above all the other auditors is your articulacy. All your sentences are perfectly formed, as if from an essay, and your legal knowledge, also perfect, therefore comes across even to the worst of these officers in an unanswerable, and for them devastating, way. It's such a pleasure to watch your masterclasses, thank you.

This is absolutely true my friend. An auditor, new on the scene, was stopped by the police after filming earlier, gave the copper his name, address, d.o.b, what he had for tea, what his parrot and cat were called, absolutely pathetic. That's how ya audit.

Without doubt, THE smartest, funniest, most clued up auditor on YT. Which is why he rarely gets detained (I remember the female PSCO who he tied up in knots when she tried...hilarious)
I think the key thing is his attitude. A lot of these auditors get pulled into petty arguments and end up having to try to explain their actions. This guy does exactly what they try to do to us, he talks down to them. He treated this lot like a bunch of little kids and their training doesn’t cover that.
Found out my COPD is now life threatening today but man I just love your vids this is my favourite go-to cheer me up just love your laffing and enthusiasm and also your great knowledge of the law I'm photographed all the time on my job ,I hate it, but I smile,wave and interact with the public as if I'm an ambassador for the company even though I am a hire driver and am employed 1day 1 week 1month1year depending on my contacts,but thank you for 1 defending photographer's rights and 2 cheering me up on an otherwise cloudy day thank you for what you do

hi Steve not sure if you will see this, but i had copd a few years ago i was under the Birmingham chest clinic a professor Burge not sure if he's still working now, he put me on a course of anti biotics that was tested in japan, it took about a year but eventually i was healed (well 90 % better) maybe ask your gp to look into it, sorry i cant remember the drug,if you need anymore info send me a message

I agree. For decades we have all had to put up with the sneering sarcasm of that gang of crooks dressed as constables. They need a lot more of this to expunge the fear they have instilled in innocents for years.
I’ve watched many other auditors and just discovered you. I like that you don’t take no crap and you don’t allow them to intimidate you. Many other auditors give way too much info away, when it is simply none of the their business, especially if it’s legal.
The encounter at 10.00 was probably the best thing I've seen on CZcams. Loved when you said you were choosing to stay and then took a couple of snaps. That was the cherry on the cake
Funnily enough me too, problem is get the wrong plods and see how AB, Pinaci, PAP, Koleeberks etc end up. Most plod let their egos get in the way then Pace and sec43 is then abused, many of them are just vile, spiteful, ignorant, butthurt pigs. They have no reason or right to even ask why someone is talking photos, and video is only moving photos. Equipment is seized and when you eventually get it back it's broken and memory cards reformatted. So I would say if you do try it 1/ don't go alone have someone recording your interactuon, 2/. Live stream if posdible 3/ just cheap phone and body worn camera. Pinaci has done a video on just this, my camera and lens cost more than £1000 and I would not appreciate it being taken. Anyway good luck if you do try, but the fact is we've got a problem with the plods abuse of power.
walter matthews Go for it. Do a binge watch of audits and practise your answers as they’re playing. Remember that a question from you throws them into a tizzy so always have a ‘question hand-grenade’ for back up in case it gets difficult. It would make my day if I thought my videos played a small part in encouraging another auditor to got out there and fight the good fight.

I have seen far too many audits in the U.K. where the auditor knew the law and the police did not and the police still violated the auditor’s rights.

Try reading the Terrorism Act 2000. It does mention filming the properties listed in the GSZ but doesn't really relate to filming in general.

went there for a speed awarenesss years ago..it was snowing and i was well pissed off ..couldnt find a parking spot and the filth had put up no parking cones... lets say they went in st asaph business parks frozen lake... i was warmed up

I’ve watched many other auditors and just discovered you. I like that you don’t take no crap and you don’t allow them to intimidate you. Many other auditors give way too much info away, when it is simply none of the their business, especially if it’s legal.

The more I see these audits the more I feel like doing one, not to see how they react it’s pretty much scripted, more to see how I would handle it.
Funnily enough me too, problem is get the wrong plods and see how AB, Pinaci, PAP, Koleeberks etc end up. Most plod let their egos get in the way then Pace and sec43 is then abused, many of them are just vile, spiteful, ignorant, butthurt pigs. They have no reason or right to even ask why someone is talking photos, and video is only moving photos. Equipment is seized and when you eventually get it back it's broken and memory cards reformatted. So I would say if you do try it 1/ don't go alone have someone recording your interactuon, 2/. Live stream if posdible 3/ just cheap phone and body worn camera. Pinaci has done a video on just this, my camera and lens cost more than £1000 and I would not appreciate it being taken. Anyway good luck if you do try, but the fact is we've got a problem with the plods abuse of power.
walter matthews Go for it. Do a binge watch of audits and practise your answers as they’re playing. Remember that a question from you throws them into a tizzy so always have a ‘question hand-grenade’ for back up in case it gets difficult. It would make my day if I thought my videos played a small part in encouraging another auditor to got out there and fight the good fight.
