Marcy, Will you have a sale on your Resin coming up? Y’all, if you have not used her resin I 100% recommend giving it a try. It’s easy to use/work with, it’s super clear and I have never had issues with the Resin even as a beginner at the time I purchased. I haven't tried just a resin pour ...I have done acrylic pour then resin on top...I keep getting the fish eye look so maybe this will be better...Thank you for explaining so well!

Very nice work. I just started and used 4 colors on a vase but the resin pretty much ran down the vase and does not stick to the glass. I end up with an almost clear vase with no colors. It seems like the resin is not thick enough. I did clean the vase with alcohol and sanded a bit but no luck. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

I attempted to do the vase twice but unsuccessful. My resin did not stick the vase. Why? Do I need for my resin to reach a certain temperature? I did get opaque pigment and I couldn’t see my stick when stirring. Please guide me cause I really want to make some as a Christmas gift.

Sorry, adding onto this the kit What is the difference in the silicone and the resin? Is there a difference and how do you use this kit that the pouring paint is prepared for pouring very confusing to me

One is the resin and one is the hardener, you have to thoroughly mix them 50/50.

For a top coat like the black and gold tray could you warm water soak your resin before you start. I prefer a thicker resin and the weather often makes it a bit to thick. I know that it will speed up the "usable" time. How does mixed media resin hold up to warm water bath.
You can pre-heat your resin in warm water or in front of a heater

Soo My daughter Got me a kit to do resin paint art. my first project was a face just like the one you’re showing on your video I’ve never worked with resin. We did the resin paint over the pouring procedure that you used in your previous videos onto a canvas then I have the resin ANB that I poured over with a Turner onto the vase I’m a first timer doing work with resin. The project has not yet been completed I’m letting it dry. I don’t know if to use a Turner for the vase like I saw previous video on CZcams for wine glasses or I can just pour it over like you did and then I’m not sure how to handle the drippings never work with resin newbie grandma, by the way HELP!!

There's no paint in this project, only resin.
Hi Marci! You said something about not filling your molds all the way; I've only used a couple of molds, but they left a lip or a ridge along the edge that I didn't like. I ended up filling them to the dome stage. Was it me, or my resin causing that ridge?
I have had the "lip" if the mold wasn't completely full with 3 different brands of resin.
