Pinokio seems a great idea. But pointless if the apps don't work. MeloTTS and OpenVoice2 for instance. I'm guess these have the same problem as you often get when using Colab, the tools become out of date with each other, libraries clash, settings vary. The usual Linux hell....

Hi, great vid. I have installed pinokio and I seem to be stuck at 3:17, where it would save the file location. I have clicked save for about an hour ago and it is still showing "stand by".

What is the doesn't work part of the title? I have Pinokio installed. It is very easy. I just hope there are safeguards to what apps they allow, because it feels like this could do a lot of harm if it installs something malicious.

It worked first time for me but then I decided to use a different home path (following the guide exactly), so I uninstalled it all and restarted etc. Now none of the software will install, including the one that worked first time and it shows the same issues as in the video. So that is the part that doesn't work for me and I haven't seen a single solution for it anywhere including the Discord, not yet. It's only 'easy' when it works.
@@johndennett1835 same here, nothing but conda installs after moving the home dir, it really doesn't work...

I can install Pinokio, but none of the apps detect my GPU, so nothing works. I get errors during it's installs.
I can do manual installs of some of these things outside of pinokio and get them to work without problems, but won't work in pinokio no matter what.
Its still buggy it seems

IT INSTALLS ME, IT SHOWS THE SAME PROBLEM AND IT DOESN'T FINISH INSTALLING, I ALREADY USE SFC AND DISM BUT IT TELLS ME THAT EVERYTHING IS OK IN THE FILES. SO I CAN'T EVEN USE PINOKIO, HOW CAN I USE VOICE CLONING AND FACE CHANGER IN VIDEO, WITHOUT USING PINOCKIO, I'M URGED, HELP

This Works now on windows, installed like 10 so far in the past day. they all installing correctly on windows 11.
