Do u add double attack skill? Or change job at lv 42?

I really want to get to this point, but I was told it's expensive and not worth it. What do you think? Is it a good option over say Cross Impact build? Also how expensive do you think it is to get to that point?

I think that CI is better now. It became fun build not very strong
