Great video! Some random observations:
- The movies advertised:
At the Criterion Theater (billboard): "Give Me Your Heart" starring Kay Francis, George Brent, and Roland Young.
Above that on the wall, there is an advertisement for "Ramona" starring Loretta Young, Don Ameche, and a 'cast of thousands'
Later in the video, at the Paramount: Mae West in "Go West, Young Man"
- The Woolworth's next to the Criterion lasted almost 40 years (according to the NYT, it closed on January 25, 1975).
- Advert for Ballantine's Ale (with the interlocking three circles graphic)...lots of the other products seem to have lasted all these years, Chevrolet, Planters peanuts, Wrigley's spearmint gum...
