I don't think the beginning of Surah Cow should be translated as "This book is not to be doubted" Rather 'This is the Book which there's no doubt in it.'

The problem with Islam is geography. You almost have to be from an Islamic area to be a part of. If there are no mosques, clerics, scripture (just do to geography) you are automatically an enemy. That is short sighted. 🙏
