Perfect timing. A friend has been in & out of the hospital & 2 surgeries & now back there last night. Looks like another surgery. I will visit her today. I need to Do the next thing next time a feel overwhelmed!

Helpful lesson on perseverance through hardship. Elisabet Elliott was my favorite author in the 1980's. I met her once at a conference then 30 years later listened to Valerie speak at a recent conference. Her daughter also is an inspiration. Thank you, Joni, for setting an example for us.
