You didn’t mention these in the description but two of the best educators in the space that I would include are Andreas Antonopoulos and Vijay Boyapati.
To the woman who was concerned about someone just wiping the Bitcoin away, I'd ask what's more likely, having a ledger kept by a private bank in maybe 3 places manipulated or a verified confirmation of a correct ledger kept in thousands of places across the earth manipulated?

a cold storage ledger is a great place to store some of your btc, but multi sig is better

I also want to add that it's funny how firmly some people hold onto narratives that they hear in headlines without doing any research of their own, but interesting to see their lightbulb reactions go off when you have a counter argument that sort of makes sense to them. Such as the energy FUD and helping the unbanked use case

Seems like a few people have some idea but most are still in the dark about the best bit - all the problems/manipulation/corruption that BTC could solve.

Bitcoin uses less Energy than anything
People don't trust something they don't know or understand. But ler me tell you that even children don't know how the smartphones and tablets are working on technical level, but they use them. I don't know on technical level how the debit cards works, but everybody today is using them. So my point is you don't need to know how the technology works to use it.

Girl at 4:50 is so annoying. Why does the colour of someone’s skin or their sexual preference even matter slightly on this topic. People are far too quick to label themselves and others.
I think most Bitcoin haters fall prey to their own cognitive biases, particularly confirmation bias. Most skepticism seems to come from an emotional standpoint than a rational one. People decide they don't like Bitcoin, and *then* they look for reasons it's bad. This young lady has decided she doesn't like Bitcoin and because she doesn't like heterosexual white men she's found a way to associate the two.
What percentage of the people you talked to actually owned some Bitcoin?
I approached maybe 30 people or so and 2 people owned some so call it less than 10%!
Bear in mind ownership in nice parts of London might be higher than the rest of the country.
3% of the world own some bitcoin, still very early on the adoption S curve

A bit of advice you can take or leave - you might need to read up a bit more on points supporting Bitcoin in regards to the environment. There are plenty of environmental benefits to Bitcoin as an alternative to the banking system, and it incentivises renewable energy usage. But implying that the environmental impact of Bitcoin is worth it in order to sustain Bitcoin may not be as well received, since the people you are speaking to already are uncertain of the need for Bitcoin.
But either way - good stuff and appreciate the content!
Yeah, people say it uses a lot of energy without even considering how much energy the current system uses, the fact that the dollar is backed by the energy use of US army (look into how freaking environmentally unfriendly that is). Not to mention how inefficient and corrupt that whole system is!
Great Video, I think it shows the lack of understanding nearly everyone has about our current financial system and fiat currencies. It really is quite worrying.
