Activate or Strengthen Third Eye Guided Meditation

  • This new third eye meditation begins with relaxation to essentially dissolve physical awareness and uses methods to practice perception beyond the visual to strengthen other forms of awareness. You learn to channel and control the energy from all chakras into your third eye space where you can then exit your third eye or draw knowledge through the third eye space.

    This opens with practicing sending perception beyond your physical self to build up third eye projection.
    Through relaxation, I encourage you to dissolve awareness of the physical body so it cannot interfere with the focus on your third eye space. Once relaxed in a liquid ocean of calm, you anchor yourself through your root chakra. Once secure you activate and harmonize your lower chakras.
    This channels energy from your lower chakras, a step often missed by others teaching third eye activation. Energy pools in your heart space, and when you are ready, you direct energy up to your third eye. You will feel a pressure but not an unpleasant one, and remember you are always in control so focus on drawing energy up to increase the intensity or dropping energy own into your heart space to decrease pressure behind the third eye space. When you are ready, focus on projecting your energy and focus forward.
    One of two things will happen: you will feel yourself move through your third eye space or you will start to perceive more as you sit where you are.
    Once you have exited your third eye or, instead, opened the space to receive knowledge however it comes to you, you can ask questions and learn about yourself, your gifts, about Source...whatever you wish to learn.

    I feel like I’ve come close a few times with your other meditations… 1st time on this one and I felt fuzzy energy shooting through my body from top to bottom. I don’t think I was able to step out but I feel like I was close and definitely a lot closer than I was getting before.
    I will keep trying… I’m pretty excited to see where this takes me. Thanks!!! You’re amazing and very descriptive

    This really is a good meditation especially if your just beginning to find yourself and healing of the mind.This was my first time hearing this and it’s my favorite by far!!

    Thank you for your guidance. I did this whilst laying in the Perth autumn sun. I have been struggling with the flu for the last few days, and I have 'woken' from this meditation amazingly refreshed. I was so close to an out of body experience but couldn't quite maintain it. I can't wait to listen to this again.

    I fell asleep listening to this and woke up exactly when it was over. I had a headache. I was intensely weak. I could barely walk. I felt hollow. Super intense b doing again tonight

    I was strengthening my 3rd eye. I was in a classroom on earth but saw someone use a Portal on a payphone and swild until they were gone. There was kid's all arund like i was apart of the school. Then a girl who liked me I think said come on. Pressed a petal and we went in and went into a room like a wgite elevator. Bit when I opened it. I was in space. A school in space. Big cafeteria,school kids everywhere of all ages. Highschool,college like. Out the window was amazing. I went into a another elevator and i pressed a button because it only had two. It was a door out to space i went out because I could breath and I was floating for about a minute then came back in. There was two different buttons now. One had a B on it to go downband the other for somewhere else. Im guessing up. I got caught by someone else and given a note. I was like what is this ? Then gave it to this huminoid Caucasian kid who said you got a penalty . Then he said wait you got maximum penalty. I said what does that mean. 90 days. I replied 90 days what? He replied in juvenile detention. My eyes widened. I started to walk into the cafeteria and everyone had trays of food. Spaghetti, fruits and others ive never seen. I went out into the hall trying to find the door where i was supposed to see the person about the note. Or i thought it was the door I believe. Other's were going in. But it wasn't my turn. I started to look around and awakened after the hypnosis meditation had finished. The funny thing is, I never scared or felt at home more in my life. Like i had been there before. Like its true for me. Sarah I truly hope you get to read this. Please reply if you do. Much love and light.

    I like this one a lot, but can't seem to stay conscious with guided meditations over 20-30 minutes. I only recall the beginning and ending, but wasn't asleep this time. I'm not sure whether it's brain fog causing it or if I'm more sleepy than I thought. I'll keep trying, thank you for making these. 💜

      If you lie down during meditation and fall sleep, try it in a siiting position. I also fall sleep most of the time when laying down.

      Honestly, my best advice is to keep going. Focus on the moments when you DO focus, not on where you lose focus and let go of strain, "trying" or any sense of force. Imagine that you wipe the slate clean of expectations each time you listen to this. I'll be posting some tips to help with the third eye practice soon too.
