13 days work finish pannittu balance 17 Days la weekly 1 days extra shift parthalum monthly 4 days (13+4=17 days) balance= 13 day's la 5 days week off ponalum balance ulla day's ku extra duty kuduppangala antha days ah earning use panna midiyuma it's possible r not.
And also travel expense pathi sollala. 13 days duty la = 500 pounds micham pannalum 4 days extra Duty 800 kidachalum (500+800) balance ulla 13 days la innum work panna 800 pounds kidacha (500+800+800=1900) savings pannalama. Chances irukka
We have limited working hours per week. Weekly we are allowed to work 37.5 hours. That is three days a week. Extra you can work 20 hours, more than that you can’t work.
And also it depends on your regular duty. They will not put continuous three days shift in a row. It might be alternative. So can’t do extra duty as you will be tired of doing 12 hours duty over day
