Kirk Cousins has been a good solid QB for the Vikings for the entirety of his contract. He's earned his money. His job should never be to make miracles happen. His Job is to hand it off to Davin Cook, and throw it deep to Diggs and Theilen to keep the defense honest. And guess what? He does. Unlike all the other QB from the last 15 years in our team, Cousins DOESN'T TURN IT OVER. And also, when the offensive coordinator actually allows him to -- he chuck the ball deep with fairly good accuracy.
No man in ever a one man team, I don't get why other VIkings' fans suddenly want a "savior" There is no such thing. A 110+ passer rating and 250 yards per game on 70% completions with 2-3 TD passes and no interceptions should be ENOUGH.
There are 32 teams in the league, and NONE of them would say no to a passer with 70% accuracy that can chuck it deep and give you those kinds of stats.

As a long time Vikings fan, I love this QB. I still do. The Vikings have never put a decent Offensive Line around him to see him to his fullest potential. I don't know why everyone hates on this guy. Apparently its unpopular to be a humble guy, a good husband, a good father, and hard worker.

@@codyostrander7352 I'm a diehard Washington Redskins fan and wanted the Redskins to resign him, at the right price. As far as last week goes I feel like the Vikings know he can't carry them. He certainly made the plays that were there but they know if he is asked to drop back a ton then it won't work out for them and Zimmer knows that. That's why they run the ball so much. That is why he fired his OC last year cause they were passing too much. If the Vikings can repeat that formula last week then Kirk is fine. I have always said Cousins is good enough to stay employed for a long time in the NFL, but you better have a running game and a defense. But I stand by what I said, I think the Vikings overpaid for him.
