This has a bunch of uses. But the price point was very high. Did you end up getting the business plan? If not how did you get it to work?

It works without the business plan. You need the business plan to connect multiple agents to one another. I am using their most basic plan as of right now

I think the best way to go about it is to create an account for them. Haven't sold this agent to a business yet so I'm going off guesses
