    It’s his fault for never doing the paperwork and beating his wife.

      How do you know he wasn't the one that was being hit. Stop assuming things and what paperwork he didn't do? If you're talking about immigration, understand that it's not that he didn't do the paperwork, it that no option is available for him. That's why immigration reform is needed

      People like you need to be back home dude, why are you assuming he didn't do any paperwork? And what paperwork? Shame on you for pushing people down, when you know their families are in need of hopefulness.

      @@JbBolkeim He was a illegal immigrant who didn’t file the proper paperwork to become a citizen. Along with that he was convicted of domestic violence towards his wife and youngest child. The guy was a piece of human garbage and got escorted back to his home country. Did you even watch the video or read the article?

      You know nothing of the history between the US and Marshall Island. Please take a second to educate yourself before posting ignorant comments.

      @@rachelmoore1991 what does that have to do with anything? He an illegal immigrant who never filed for citizenship and beat his wife, plus probably only worked under the table to avoid paying taxes.

      I'm all for deporting as many immigrants as possible but the Marshallese deserve citizenship in America. The US used their islands for nuclear testing. A LOT of nuclear testing. I'm sure they would be much happier living on their islands but we nuked them. These are not the people we need to be wasting resources on deporting.

      No He was paying for them all these years he worked and paid for their livelihood, you didn't pay anything. But now that America will deport him, all of them will now go on welfare, so good luck paying for that. Fyi they are American citizens not that pejorative you called them.

      News flash, jack! You didn't pay a cent for them. You can't even support a goldfish from the little tax that you paid. They are citizens. Stop using your maga's version of the US Constitution. It's fake. Use the real one, jack! First, we relocated them so we can use their islands for nuclear testing. We contaminate everything, land and water, including people dying from cancer. And now, this, just to earn extra cash. Well, I say that's totally on brand for people that valued cash over human lives. 🙄

    I thought Marshallese people were aloud to come to the US freely since they sunk their island?

    • @JohnDoe-hp5nn
      @JohnDoe-hp5nn Před 3 měsíci

      They are free to come here! But they have an agreement with the US where they can come to the US for better opportunities. Their leaders are weak. They know nothing about negotiation and how to handle their money given by the US government which is tax payers money. The US government fuck them over. They have 100% control of their country, and their leaders only take money given by the Us to benefit their families while poor Marshallese are suffering. As long as they have ties with the Us, their country will never succeed.

      *allowed* Under the Compact of Free Association, yes! However, Randy Bolkeim has a felony domestic charge. In short, this is more of a criminal issue than a legal status - immigration issue. You can come and go as you please, under the Compact, but be a decent upright standing citizen who is a productive member of society, and you will not have to worry about being deported.

  • @Mo-sv3tc
    @Mo-sv3tc Před měsícem

    According to the news source, this one individual has a felony charge. Which really doesn't sound like an immigration issue but a criminal one. His wife looks like a rimajol, I'm assuming she doesn't have to worry about being deported because she doesn't have a FELONY CHARGE.
    As someone who is from Ebeye, if you are in the U.S. you have been given a huge opportunity to make your life and the lives of your immediate family..BETTER! Take up that mantle of responsibility, my fellow rimajols! A felony domestic sounds like you have no self control. We're not on an island anymore. You can literally walk away.
    I'm only assuming but I'm willing to bet, the other individuals that are detained by ICE, also have a felony charge.
    Under the Free Compact, Marshallese can come and go freely, but, you still need to be a good upstanding citizen who obeys the law.

      The only way a Marshallese can get here from across the ocean is LEGALLY. They do not need a visa to get here. Although they’re not immune to deportation after FTA a CLASS D Misdemeanor CHARGE. They are still here LEGALLY.
