Schindler Indonesia Launch its First Technical Operation Center (TOC)

Berca Schindler Indonesia has launched its first Technical Operation Center (TOC) to monitor its customers' connected elevators and escalators in real time.
The TOC is part of Schindler Ahead (IoEE) Journey in Indonesia, a strategic initiative to accelerate the company's growth and innovation in the country.
Using the latest elevator and Internet-of-Things technology, the TOC will help Berca Schindler Indonesia to provide its customers with the best possible service and support, while also accelerating its innovation efforts and helping it to achieve its sustainability goals.
