1 kg Hybrid Tomatoes (Small size)
INGREDIENTS FOR ALOO MASALA
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Pinch Hing
1 tsp Jeera
1 Tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
1/2 Cup Fresh Matar
2 Inch Grated Ginger
2 - 3 Green Chillies Finely Chopped
4 Mid Size Boiled Potatoes
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (Spicy)
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Fresh Coriander Leaves
INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER
2 Cups Besan
1 Cup Water (approx.) (put in instalments)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Oil
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE TOMATO CHUTNEY
1 Tbsp Oil
5 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Balck Pepper Powder
3 Green Chillies
Coriander Leaves
20 Tomatoes Pulp
