1. A person should not sleep without washing feet, if they have come from outside, or have used the bathroom. 2. A person should not sleep in unsanctified condition, i.e, one should clean himself if he has touched a dead body or anything unclean or had sexual intercourse. 3. A person should not sleep with wet feet. 4. One should not sleep with head pointing north. It makes one die sooner. 5. One should not sleep with head pointing west because it brings diseases. 6.A person should not sleep with another person eg. A woman should not sleep with another woman also. Very rarely she can sleep with her husband. 7. A person should not sleep naked because it insults demigods, even looking at oneself without clothes is not recommended as Sun god is present in our eyes. 8. A person should not sleep at the time of Sandhya, i.e when day and night meets or when night and day meets, that is during sunrise and sunset. 9. One should sleep in clean clothes. 🙏🙏🙏
