Regarding zavala, his ghost is for Light. You don't need a ghost for Darkness and Osiris is a perfect example because Osiris used strand to restrain Mara from going off on Riven from season of the wish.

Man, I knew like the moment after we reunite with him and talk to the ghost. Ghost says his scans show he is basically like a ghost now. I told my 2 friends I was running legendary with like "Oh yea, Cayde gonna sacrifice himself for our ghost or become our ghost somehow after that dialogue"
This was literally Destiny: Endgame. Except when Marvel’s big bad (Thanos) died, and we got trash movies after it, minus Spiderman; the content D2 is giving will be great.
The later movies weren't "trash." They were just okay.
Quite the perfect ending for this saga, 10 years it has been and despite all the odds, this DLC was WONDERFUL!!
for real... It's completely logical that they wouldnt shut down the game but let's they wanted to end the journey with final shape... I'd be completely fine with that. It was the last chance I gave the game because I really disliked lightfall campaign and I think every campaign since forsaken aren't that good from a player's pov BUT this is the perfect final, everything the 13yo I was when I discovered D1 could have wished for. I'll remember Destiny as a true masterpiece of sci-fi thanks Bungie.

Maybe cause I had "called to ghost" BEFORE the Golden Gun and didn't realize I'd have to again if I died (hence why I thought it was bugged since it pulled out my golden gun instead then wasn't seeming to charge the ghost super)? Lol...smh.
Bungle cooked the ending was so satisfying, starting from d1 all the way to the final shape concluding the light and darkness saga is just a crazy trip. And I’m glad to have played both games.
The Ghost gives us the power of Light. But the power of Darkness was not given to us by the Traveler. It was given to us by the Darkness. So you don't have to have a Ghost to have it :D Eliksni didn't have Ghosts, but they had the power of Darkness.
I just beat the game today, it was a sad moment also i knew that cayde 6 was gonna sacrifice again

? Just because they’re making another game doesn’t mean Destiny is gonna die. Thats not how that works. Bungie is a game development studio, not the Destiny development studio. There’s more Destiny to come thankfully (:
