I love this song soooooo much!!! It’s such a fun and hectic scene to do and watch regardless of the part you play in the show. I was Gomez in this production and it was an absolute blast each and every night of the show!

You know I feel like this is the one scenario they don't quite get the addams family right. I feel like her parents would be fully supportive of her getting married or at the very least their worries would come from thinking she is rushing and may be going towards potential real disaster.
I feel like the reason why they dont support Wednesday (Esp Morticia) is because they see the Beineke's as normal and not quirky like them. The other reason is (like you said) this was the first time the entire family meets lucas and his family. So they may seem like Wednesday is rushing things too fast.
My school is doing this show but the tour version and honestly I feel like the way we are doing some of these parts is better than how they do it. My school always has so many amazingly talented actors and they make it so funny
