that's why i use the symbol ≈ instead of = because it's impossible for characters to be perfectly equal in a same feat, that means there could be a disparity but it's not that big and so close that almost looks equal, i just see that the planning and strategic capacity favors more to the one's overall iq, and the battle iq is shown only during fighting/combat like how we see luffy so gifted with it during fights, they're close because they both have mastered their special styles with their weapons and DFs and the way they adapt during fights
