That guy called the cops and said Bell wanted him to deliver a vehicle, the cops took that vehicle to the bar and Bell was going to get in but he saw it wasn't his friend so he went to run away and they shot him in the neck but he survived

If you want my best guess, I actually think anxiety and depression can be “exercised” out of the brain like obesity can be exercised out of the body. Problem is, almost no one practices mental fitness. In the next 50 years we will look back and be disgusted by the lack of mental healthcare in our society

We were forced to clean out this old ass storage area in our county jail and found old drugs that were evidence or confiscated or whatever but best acid I've ever ate to this day. Got some great jail memories.
