Regardless it was leaked today that the 2.4 chars are jiaoqiu and yunli so i guess no screwllum for now
1:35 the base chance and effect hit rate are ≠. the effect hit rate is for fight resistance of enemy, the higher you effect hit rate rather than enemy eff res, the more chance for enemy receive debuff (not the chance of getiing it). For the base chance means it WILL make the enemy get debuff but is still compete will effect resist. You need to calculate enemy effect resit with your effect hit rate. example :
some characters have 65% base chance to debuffing the enemy, it means they have 65% to make enemy get debuff / 35% not geting it. Luckily the character win the 65% gamble but is not over yet, because after that they need to fight the enemy eff resist, lets say the enemy have 70% eff resist and the character got 0 effect hit rate, because of that the enemy will become resisted, and if you want to win the chance at least you bring 70%+ effect hit rate. So effect hit rate ≠ base chance, they cannot be added together, different meaning.
so if the enemy have 40% eff res, you will need 40%+ at least eff hr for win the gamble (the higher eff hr, the more chance the enemy lose the gamble)
@@Akbarrivldisadly, his comments are just a misinformation. Base chance and effect hit rate are indeed different, but both works together to increase your debuff chance. E.g. welt has around 65% chance to land his imprison debuff. If you gave him 60 effect hit rate against 0 resist enemy then his imprisonment is guaranteed to land (not only has 65% chance like this comment said). They didn't works additively though, so some proper calculations are required if you want to make some debuff guarantee to land (e.g. for SW you'll need 120+ ehr to make her passive debuff guarantee to land against 40% effect resist enemies)

@@Akbarrivldi well, if you have a unit that has 120 base chance with 0 effect hit rate against enemy with 10% effect resist then that buff still guarantee to land. Effect hit rate increases your chance (not additively), there is no "if enemy has 40% eff res then you need 40% ehr to win the gamble". It's just seems like that because there aren't many debuff with more than 100 base chance
@@danielak1666 How the hell you get 120 base chance lmao, the max cap of base chance is 100%, if i hit the enemy with 10% eff res, there is a chance i might fail to land it if i only have 0 eff hr

Easy skip because i don't realy play follow up team and himeko and kuru kuru are already enough for pure fiction since i use another team for the 2nd battle and finish every PF since release of it without problem . Jade feels better for pure fiction tho

He's shown up too many times in the story for him not to be playable. Plus he looks cool. I have thus far only pulled for female characters, but I'd willing to pull for a robo bro if his final kit ends up decent enough. I'm not sure how I'd want to use the current kit though.
