Why self care is important?
In this trying times, we have done everything to survive and we often neglect to take care or ourselves. Self care is being conscious of your well-being not just physically but in emotionally, mentally and spiritually as well. It is important so you can take care of others and your love ones too. If we have a good relationship with ourselves that radiates to people around us. If you feel good, you look good and do good. Self care make us feel better and it somehow makes us a little bit of a better person too. 💕😊
Self-care keeps me intact in life. At times like this, full of stress and distractions, I sometimes forget to go easy with myself. Practicing self-care brings out the best version of myself and enhances my health and well-being. Lastly, it plays vital role in maintaining a healthy relationship with myself. ❤️
I really want to share this with my sister because she's not very confident with herself and she always struggle on wearing something she likes because of her body hairs. I hope she will gain confidence as much as I want for her. ❤️

Self care is important because when you are challenged both physically and mentally, you push yourself to be better. And positive thinking is an integral part to a healthy life and self care allows you to find peace & happiness within.

Self care is important to me because I want to be confident to show my skin freely, whether underarms, legs or whatever hairy part of my body it is. And when I'm confident with myself it reflects on the people around me. So when I'm confident, I make them feel confident in their own skin as well. Its just feels so great when you are comfortable to move around with less body hair expecially for women. PS: It is my dream to have my own IPL machine.
