Yes that's the way to go. Make chords out of the bassline. And what we have found out is that if you can't make any decend chords out of the bassline, then the bassline is wrong. If something doesn't sound right, usually there is something wrong with one the elements (lead, chords or bassline).
Well, maybe to make a chord we only need to understand the major or minor notes in the scale And maybe my mind will create a beautiful melody followed by chords, basslines, & harmonics. 😅 Your suggestion really helped me 🥺🙏🏻

You mean the sound or the notes? If you mean the sound then you just need to be creative and make your own lead, chords and harmonics synths. Easier to learn and understand is just to use 1 layer of each type (lead, chords and harmonics. Even harmonics are optional). Don't bother to layer or do fancy things at the beginning. To make things easier to learn and practice you should buy or get some free presets for the synth of your choice. And use those until you have made your own sounds. Hope this helps. CZcams is full of tutorials about how to make certain lead sound so just go explore and have fun producing :)
