And other city’s and some city’s don’t want any homeless traveling there and ruining their city with too much homeless? This makes some easier to travel to cities to cities that did not have any homeless and crimes.
This is so important. This is what they do in nyc!
Finally some common sense. Having a prioritized security branch for the metro will help boost ridership numbers and will provide jobs.

They should stop the fight against fare evasion for their own safety, but prioritize the actual crazies instead. Also I miss when guards would scan for tap cards, iirc this stopped around the Paris attacks
