Realign is going to be a pretty varied album covering a lot of different sounds and moods. Only a few of the tracks sound like this, but expecting synthesizers is a safe bet. We're going to aim for an early 2020 release, but it could slip into spring.

It's definitely an odd feeling going from watching Vinesauce ft. Binyot doing stupid voices and yelling at chat to putting Red Vox on where he does this.
Honestly I separate the two arts. Red Vox Vinny and Vinesauce Vinny are like two different concepts to me. I try not to associate funny pizza with Red Vox because it's meant to be serious, good music. (Barring Blood Bagel)
@@Porygonal64 The comment more is just me marveling at the fact that the same person who makes all of these stupid voices we've been laughing at for years also is capable of singing better than most modern musicians do. It's not really that there's a dichotomy between pizzapasta Vinny and Red Vox Vinny, more that when you take a step back you can see how just absolutely talented the man is.
Same with listening to Joel when he streams versus his vocals for Scythelord. It's weird to think about, yet fascinating at the same time.
I mean, even his "streaming voice" is pure butter. If things had gone differently, he easily could have been a radio personality.
Given how much Vinny hates leaving his house and adventuring this could be about a bagel shop at the end of his street.

Yeah this comment hurts so fucking bad in hindsight. Things seemed to really be looking up around the end of 2019. I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when this song dropped. Better times.
My girlfriend has been recommending me RedVox for ages now. We both love watching Vinny together, but I never got around to listening. And they are by far my favorite band now. Now every time she and I call.. she sings my favorite songs to me.

This song released on the exact same day i had one of the most hurtful experiences of my life. I will always remember seeing the notification of this song and tapping it and listening to such a relatable song that was so weird to release considering how much i felt the lyrics. its like it was meant to be, and i have no idea why it was so coincidental

i swear, you guys wait for every "next chapter" in my life to release a song. first it was unrequited love with "another light" then "stranded" was when the unrequited love became bigger than just one situation but was a part of a lot more. "kerosene" came out near the betrayal and eviction by family members. now this when i get fired cuz my boss wanted to bang a chick in boston. why cant this be easy? i dont have an answer. and the funniest fucking part is that IM ALWAYS listening to another light on the day before a song drops and i dont understand how i have this power to tell when you will drop a song.

I listened to this song (and the rest of the Realign) while on shrooms and this track in particular spoke to me. Especially the line "you can't get down if you're always in control" and the chorus overall. The only lyric I can't really figure out is "so if you're wondering how you walk away

So far this band has never made two songs with the same sound to it. Red Vox is my favorite band and I will continue to follow you guys as you continue to put out amazing and original work.
That first sentence is debateable. What Could Go Wrong and Kerosene both have several songs from each album with a similar sound, though they're all still great or good. Another Light is their only album that I think genuinely has a completely different vibe with every song.
I can see what you mean, though I think I would never confuse two songs for being one another like I could with many other bands. Maybe that’s just me though. Totally agree about Another Light tho
