I have recently given up alcohol and coffee and try to cook with the purest ingredients. I need some meat now but have not thrown out my vegetarian cookbooks. When I was a 10 year old boy and almost the only touching I received was being hit, I went into the wilderness and Mother Earth healed me. Since then I have been devoted to her and it brings me the greatest joy to know I have helped her in any way.

I've been eating way healthier. I realized I was on an opiate medicine. I'm on day 11. I feel better and I did have a huge breakthrough yesterday morning in meditation. I wanna align with my higher self. I use to have dreams where I could levitate and fly. This withdrawal has been the hardeet thing I think I've had to go to. I ended up relapsing on another drug in this process. Yesterday I gained knowledge that we have control over us. We can change at anytime and it starts with self love. I'm very far from perfect but I can change alot of it. I can heal my own body. I don’t have to have anxiety or fear ahd forgiveness is key. I legit forgave my whole family yesterday while in meditation. I always thought I had forgiven them but I was so wrong. I now know that I truly forgive them and they forgive me. We choose our parents. We chose them for a reason.

All ive been eating for awhile now is nuts dried fruit veggies beans and fruit. Trying to give up coffee. I have no attachments to material worlld. Had no income for months yet the universe has provided all my needs i live wlit the elk deer squirrels & many many birds... as long as my 2 cats are rising with me im ready.. in fact this morning drinking my coffee with my feet in the dirt and sun on my face i felt a mix of glee & bliss.
