George, how’s it going? This is Leo. Remember me? I have the first Star body in red made by Karl Sandoval, and your white Star was finished first, also by Karl. We played together at Best Records in Cerritos. We met a few years prior in Norwalk. Our moms met. Around 1980 I started a band, Baby Blue, with your friend Mondo Hernandez (& met Crystal) & Jon Shelly. We visited each other’s studios. It was an interesting chapter in my life. Thanks for the lessons!
