Could you tell me if the Bowen’s mount is plastic or metal? Can it hold something heavy like a 150 Octabox? Also is the yolk strong enough to hold a huge soft box like the lightdome etc. And last question how is the fan noise compared to your other lights.

Hi, do you think fan noise can be an issue with Nanlite FC-500B for interviews?
i have 2 of these and not very bright and the fan is a bit loud
They aren't bright? What are you comparing them to?
I just got one in and these are brighter than the Aputure 600x.
