Not at all. His way of speech and voice are just different and he is less nervous. And how is he arrogant? Billie gets 99.9% of all the recognition most of the time while he's the one writing every song and making these hit tunes. He's allowed to make himself present and answer questions and not just stand there as decoration. That doesn't make him arrogant

@@ghostwolf1435 You are indeed entitled to your opinion. But when you get your facts wrong it's irritating. Billy sell them if ever uses auto-tune. Some reverb, some echo and a lot of interesting layering some of which you can barely hear but adds to the depth of the song and subtle ways. People are using the term autotune as a form of abuse without having any clue as to how a recording studio actually functions.
No person under 27 years old has ever won two Oscars.

Singing in the head voice while having a breathy tone is actually very difficult. Just try it. She extends her range from head to chest voice. Besides her singing, the writing and lyricism is beyond better than anything out there right now. At least for this particular song.

Well, their achievements are pretty great. Nine Grammys by the age of 22. The youngest ever person to win two Oscars in the 96-year history of the Academy. Not much doubt that WWIMF is the song of 2023. Almost 800 million streams, downloads, views. It is also a super-meme on social media sites, and has more damn covers and versions posted than anything that I've seen in a long long time. It is actually quite rare for a movie song to win the song of the year Grammy. And people were crying in the theater when this play during the Barbie movie. Pretty great! Give this girl 10 years and Taylor Swift will just be a memory.

This best song category should be canceled and the Oscar category for stunts should be there instead, period! Oscars are first and foremost awards for filmmaking, the art of making films, not for singing. I can understand getting an Oscar for best score, so music in the film because this, at least, is a really monumental task and has to correspond to the whole vibe of the movie, and great music in the movie, often helps and improves the movie. So I understand winning an Oscar for best score because music is essential for movies, but not the original songs, period. Movies would still be the same and great, without original songs, just music score at the end, when the ending credits roll.
And yes, it is a FACT that winning an Oscar for the best song is way, way easier than winning any other category. Look up the competition in the leading actress category this year alone, not to mention all the previous years. Acting this subtly, on this level is a much harder task/job than composing a song. And again: it should have been awards for purely filmmaking jobs, not singing, period. You have a Grammy for singing!
We still have this absurd best original song category while no category for stunt performers who literally make action and all kinds of drama movies happen, since zero big stars actually do their own stunts (if big actors do stunts it's in reality only a basic level stunts, and maybe it was different in the past, but in current times that is how it is; except Tom Cruise who is nowadays more like a stuntman than an actor) because of the real danger of getting hurt and insurance issues. Without stuntsmen, not one modern action/adventure/sci-fi or even simple drama movie would be made or finished, because most movies have some kind of stunt work in them nowadays!!

The song competition is one of the most fun at the Oscars. It's one of the main reasons I watch. And you're just wrong. Songs going to have a major impact on a film. People were crying in the theater when this played while I was watching Barbie.
