I know right? and those yolks? were still as bright as the fresh. so we will be doing this.. but will use up by 6 month mark. they should be mint.. imagine... need an egg? go to the jar or crock in pantry and fish one out lol.. when hen's slow in cold weather? we will be well stocked for 6 months till longer light for them.

I put mine in recycled 1 gallon plastic mayo or pickle jars. You don't have to fish it out with a metal spoon; just reach in with your hand and rinse egg and hand at the same time. The same float test you would use for any egg works for these, too.

I was told if you have sensitive skin to use a spoon and rinse right away. .I have 5 left. I'll slam my hand in...and see if I melt. Lololol we are soooo happy with the results ..taste? No difference. A reg in our pantry going fwd but won't keep past 6th month for best performance.

Oh wow! I was not expecting them to taste the same. I have broke more yolks flipping my eggs. What I have started doing is with my over easy eggs is when they are joust about done on the first side, I dribble some water in the pan and put a lid over it to steam the top until the yolk and snot hazes over. I haven't broke a yolk flipping them since, lol!

    • @pegsclips

You and I make them the same lol... at 1 yr. The yolk although very bright. Had zero integrity that dimple on yolk..like a wrinkle? Is where it started to stick to the shell.
